Description
- disposer la gaine sur une bobine de stockage placée sur un dévidoir au voisinage du sol,
- dérouler la gaine à partir du dévidoir, en la maintenant en position verticale avec les soufflets sollicités en écartement par un organe positionneur,
- enrouler une partie de la gaine sur un rouleau accumulateur solidarisé à un bras de transfert d'un robot de préhension,
- couper la gaine à une longueur prédéterminée et souder la partie médiane de la gaine au moyen d'une soudeuse pour obtenir une housse à fond étanche,
- et transférer la housse enroulée sur le rouleau accumulateur vers un poste de dépose sur la charge.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de mise en forme et de dépose d'une housse souple thermorétractable sur une charge (1) palettisée, ladite housse étant constituée par une gaine à soufflets, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :disposer la gaine (2) sur une bobine (4) de stockage placée sur un dévidoir au voisinage du sol,dérouler la gaine (2) à partir du dévidoir, en la maintenant en position verticale avec les soufflets sollicités en écartement par un organe positionneur (6),enrouler une partie de la gaine (2) sur un rouleau accumulateur (9) solidarisé à un bras de transfert (8) d'un robot de préhension (R),couper la gaine à une longueur prédéterminée et souder la partie médiane de la gaine (2) au moyen d'une soudeuse pour obtenir une housse à fond étanche,et transférer la housse enroulée sur le rouleau accumulateur (9) vers un poste de dépose sur la charge (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie non enroulée de la housse est ouverte pendant la phase de transfert vers le poste de dépose.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la housse enroulée horizontalement sur le rouleau accumulateur (9) subit un mouvement de pivotement d'un quart de tour pendant la phase de transfert vers le poste de dépose.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la housse est maintenue ouverte aux quatre angles de l'extrémité quadrangulaire non soudée lors de la phase de déroulement de ladite gaine autour du rouleau accumulateur (9) intervenant pendant le mouvement de descente pour la mise en place sans frottement sur la charge (1) palettisée.
- Dispositif de mise en forme et de dépose d'une housse souple thermorétractable sur une charge palettisée, ladite housse étant formée par une gaine (2) à soufflets, laquelle est mise en place sur une charge (1) palettisée par l'intermédiaire d'un robot de préhension (R) comprenant :une bobine (4) de stockage de la gaine (2),des moyens de soudage et de coupe de la gaine pour constituer ladite housse,et un mécanisme d'écartement de la gaine pendant le mouvement de descente vers la charge (1),un rouleau accumulateur (9) motorisé sur lequel est enroulée une partie de la gaine maintenue par une pince de retenue (10),et un bras de transfert (8) du rouleau accumulateur (9) entre une première position d'enroulement et de coupe de la gaine, et une deuxième position de dépose de la housse sur la charge (1) palettisée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bras de transfert (8) est monté à translation horizontale sur un coulisseau (30), lequel est mobile en translation verticale le long d'un châssis (7) fixe, et que le mécanisme d'écartement du robot de préhension (R) peut pivoter de 90° selon le positionnement de la palette support sur le transporteur (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'écartement de la gaine est doté de quatre balanciers (11) munis de galets de préhension (12) de la gaine enroulée dans la première position, et d'ouverture de ladite gaine dans la deuxième position.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un bras de dépose (18) mobile dans la direction verticale, est agencée sous les balanciers (11), et est pourvu de doigts (17) de conformation et de pincement pour la reprise de la gaine (2) aux quatre angles lors de la dépose sur la charge (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un cadre de rétraction (19) à air chaud est disposé au-dessus du bras de dépose (18), et est susceptible de se déplacer dans la direction verticale en autorisant le débattement interne des balanciers (11) lorsque le bras de dépose (18) saisit la gaine (2) pour la mise en place sur la charge (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de rétraction (19) à air chaud devient actif pour la rétraction dès que la gaine (2) est positionnée par le bras de dépose (18), soit de bas en haut après dégagement dudit bras, soit de haut en bas avec maintien de la gaine par ledit bras jusqu'à la fin de rétraction de la partie inférieure de la gaine.
