Description
Claims (9)
- Werkzeuganordnung zur Herstellung von ringförmigen Preßlingen mit Hilfe einer Rundläuferpresse, wobei die Rundläuferpresse eine drehend angetriebene Matrizenscheibe aufweist mit Matrizenlöchern, in denen Matrizeneinsätze befestigt sind sowie zu den Matrizeneinsätzen ausgerichteten, mit diesen umlaufenden Ober- und Unterstempeln, die von Steuerabschnitten aufeinander zu oder voneinander fort bewegt werden und wobei die Unterstempel eine zum Arbeitsende hin offene koaxiale Bohrung aufweisen, in der ein Mittelstift (32) angeordnet ist, der von einem Querstift relativ zur Matrizenscheibe axial festgelegt ist, wobei sich der Querstift durch einen axialen Schlitz des Unterstempels erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querstift (34) in einem Ring (36) festgelegt ist, der Teil einer Führungsbohrung (38) für den Unterstempel (14) ist, die in einem radialen nach außen weisenden Vorsprung (24) der Matrizenscheibe (10) geformt ist, zwei klammerförmige Haltebügel (44) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Unterstempels (14) angeordnet sind, von denen ein längerer Schenkel (46) an der Unterseite des Ringes (36) anliegt und von denen ein kurzer zweiter Schenkel (48) den Vorsprung (24) übergreift, ein die Schenkel (44, 48) verbindender Steg (50) über eine Schraubverbindung (52) mit dem Vorsprung (24) verbindbar ist, wobei die Haltebügel (44) und die Matrizenscheibe (10) so ausgebildet sind, daß bei einem Festziehen der Schraubverbindung (52) der lange Schenkel (46) axial gegen den Ring (36) in Richtung Matrize (16) gepreßt wird.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine konisch geformte erste Fläche in einer Nut (54) der Matrizenscheibe (10) ausgebildet ist, in welcher der lange Schenkel (46) eingreift.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine schräge Oberseite (42) des Vorsprungs (24) mit dem kurzen Schenkel (48) zusammenwirkt.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der über den Vorsprung (24) nach unten überstehende Abschnitt des Ringes (36) Ausnehmungen aufweist, in welche die langen Schenkel (46) eingreifen.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querstift (34) im Querschnitt ein längliches Rechteck aufweist und hochkant im Ring (36) und im Durchgang (40) des Mittelstifts (32) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrizenscheibe (10) unterhalb des Vorsprungs (24) eine radiale Ausnehmung (58) aufweist, in der der Unterstempel (14) frei liegt und die nach unten durch einen weiteren Führungsabschnitt (22) für den Unterstempel (14) begrenzt ist und die Matrizenscheibe (10) eine radiale Bohrung (64) aufweist für den Hindurchtritt von Blasluft.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radiale Bohrung (64) am unteren Ende der Ausnehmung (58) der Matrizenscheibe (10) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem unteren Führungsabschnitt (22) und dem Unterstempel (14) eine Dichtmanschette (60) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterstempel (14) aus einem Stempelhalter (20) und einem Stempeleinsatz (26) bestehen und der axiale Schlitz (40) im Stempelhalter (20) vorgesehen ist.
