Claims (9)
- Metallhülse einer Munition für Schusswaffen, die auf ihrer Innenseite mindestens teilweise mit einem erosionshemmenden Zusatzmaterial beschichtet ist, das pulverförmiges Titandioxid enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erosionshemmende Zusatzmaterial eine steife Auskleidung ist, die aus einer brennbaren Matrix besteht, die Titandioxid als Füllstoff enthält, dass der gewichtsbezogene Mengenanteil an Titandioxid im Bereich von 10 bis 30 % liegt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Auskleidung, und dass die brennbare Matrix faserförmige Nitrocellulose, faserförmige Cellulose und ein organisches Harz enthält.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die brennbare Matrix im wesentlichen aus faserförmiger Nitrocellulose, faserförmiger Cellulose und organischem Harz besteht.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis Harz/Nitrocellulose + Cellulose im Bereich von 0,05 bis 0,15 liegt und dass das Gewichtsverhältnis Nitrocellulose/Cellulose im Bereich von 8 bis 1/2 liegt.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das organische Harz unter Acrylharzen, Vinylharzen, Latices auf Butadienbasis und den Gemischen dieser Substanzen ausgewählt ist.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskleidung auf ihrer Außenseite in Längsrichtung Furchen aufweist, die im Kontakt mit der inneren Oberfläche der Wandung der Hülse stehen.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskleidung über ihre gesamte Länge einen in Längsrichtung oder helixförmig angeordneten Schlitz aufweist.
- Metallhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskleidung aus einer Stapelung mehrerer Teilstücke besteht.
- Munition für Schusswaffen, die eine Metallhülse umfasst, die mit einem Zünder, einem Geschoß ausgestattet ist, und die eine brennbare Treibladung enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse eine Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ist.
- Erosionshemmendes Zusatzmaterial für die Beschichtung der Innenseite der Metallhülse einer Munition für Schusswaffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erosionshemmende Zusatzmaterial eine steife Auskleidung ist, die aus einer brennbaren Matrix besteht, die Titandioxid als Füllstoff enthält, dass der gewichtsbezogene Mengenanteil an Titandioxid im Bereich von 10 bis 30 % liegt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Auskleidung, und dass die brennbare Matrix faserförmige Nitrocellulose, faserförmige Cellulose und ein organisches Harz enthält.
