- la figure 1 représente en perspective une première variante de l'engin de levage avec une flèche distributrice en position de travail en mode articulé et, en arrière plan, en mode relevable;
- la figure 2 représente, par des vues superposées en élévation, différentes phases de fonctionnement de la première variante de l'engin de levage avec une flèche distributrice en position de travail en mode articulé;
- la figure 3 représente, par une vue partielle en élévation, le détail de l'articulation entre le pylône et la flèche distributrice de la première variante de l'engin de levage;
- les figures 4a à 4d représentent, par des vues en élévation, les différentes étapes de transformation du mode articulé au mode relevable de la flèche distributrice de la première variante de l'engin de levage;
- la figure 5 représente, par une vue en élévation, la flèche distributrice d'une deuxième variante de l'engin de levage;
- la figure 6 représente, par une vue en perspective, le détail du dispositif pour le blocage de la flèche distributrice en position de travail en mode relevable de la première variante de l'engin de levage;

Claims (12)
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice orientable travaillant en mode articulé ou en mode relevable pour le levage et la manutention de charges comprenant un pied de flèche (31) monté en articulation au sommet d'un pylône (21, 22), une fléchette (41) reliée par une articulation (45) à l'extrémité du pied de flèche, et un ensemble de retenue de flèche comprenant au moins un poinçon (16), au moins un tirant arrière (25), la fléchette (41) étant délimitée par l'articulation (45) en deux parties, à savoir une contrefléchette (42) et une pointe de fléchette (43), la contrefléchette (42) étant reliée au poinçon (16) par le tirant arrière (14) et la pointe de fléchette (43) portant à son extrémité (46) des moyens (53, 54) pour la suspension de la charge, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement relatif de la fléchette par rapport au pied de flèche est commandé par au moins un câble de distribution (51) fixé à l'extrémité (46) de la pointe de flèche et passant au sommet du pylône.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pied de flèche (31) comporte une fente longitudinale (34) sur au moins une partie de sa longueur, ladite fente (34) étant ouverte à l'extrémité du pied de flèche qui porte l'articulation (45) et ayant des dimensions suffisantes pour permettre le logement de tout ou partie de la fléchette (41) au sein du pied de flèche.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la fente (34) est de dimensions suffisantes pour permettre le logement de la contrefléchette (42).
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le pied de flèche (31) comprend deux poutres parallèles (31a, 31b) montées latéralement de part et d'autre, d'une part du pylône (21, 22) et, d'autre part, de la fléchette (41), de façon à permettre le logement soit de la pointe de fléchette (43), soit de la contrefléchette (42) au sein de la fente (34) constituée entre les deux poutres (31a, 31b).
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tirant (25) est fixé sur la pointe de la fléchette (43) en un point (48) situé entre l'extrémité (46) de la pointe de la fléchette (43) et le centre de gravité de la fléchette (41).
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de blocage comprenant, d'une part, deux pièces (62a, 62b), solidaires du pied de flèche (31) et disposées en vis-à-vis de part et d'autre de la fente (34), chacune desdites pièces étant équipée d'un cylindre de verrouillage coulissant (63a, 63b), et, d'autre part, une contrepièce (66), solidaire de la contrefléchette (42) et présentant des faces latérales biseautées comportant chacune une forure (67a, 67b), l'ensemble étant agencé de manière que les cylindres (63a, 63b) puissent coopérer respectivement avec chacune des forures lors de l'alignement de la fléchette avec le pied de flèche.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tirant (52) est fixé sur la pointe de la fléchette (43) en un point (48) situé entre l'articulation (45) et le centre de gravité de la fléchette (41).
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un câble de traction (55) est fixé à proximité de l'extrémité (44) de la contrefléchette (42) et passe autour d'une poulie (35) montée sous les deux poutres (31a, 31b) du pied de flèche et en ce que l'alignement et le verrouillage de la fléchette (41) avec le pied de flèche (31) s'effectue par traction sur ledit câble.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pylône (21, 22) est un pylône repliable.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le pylône (21, 22) est un pylône télescopique.
- Engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le pylône (21, 22) est une tour.
- Utilisation d'un conteneur (64) pour le logement et le transport d'un engin de levage à flèche distributrice selon la revendication 7.
