Claims (6)
- Chambre de coulée pour une machine de coulée sous pression, dont la surface interne cylindrique sert de surface de glissement à un piston de compression, sachant que, dans l'enveloppe (2) de la chambre de coulée, sur l'ensemble de sa longueur ou sur une partie de sa longueur, est insérée de façon remplaçable une enveloppe interne (3) présentant la surface de glissement (4) pour le piston de compression, laquelle enveloppe interne (3) est appliquée par un dispositif d'application contre l'enveloppe (2) de la chambre de coulée, et sachant que l'enveloppe de la chambre de coulée et l'enveloppe interne sont dotées d'un orifice d'admission (5) pour de la matière en fusion liquide, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'application présente un coin conique (8) et des vis (9), le coin conique (8) étant logé dans une fente conique (6) de l'enveloppe interne (3) et étant appliqué avec l'enveloppe interne (3) contre l'enveloppe (2) de la chambre de coulée par les vis (9) vissées dans ses taraudages (7).
- Chambre de coulée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (3) est munie de rainures (11) dans lesquelles sont logés des anneaux (13) en cuivre, en alliage de cuivre ou en un autre matériau conduisant très bien la chaleur, qui présentent également une fente conique (12).
- Chambre de coulée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (3) est composée d'acier pour travail à chaud.
- Chambre de coulée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (3) est revêtue d'une couche en céramique constituant la surface de glissement (4) pour le piston de compression.
- Chambre de coulée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe interne (3) est constituée d'un alliage spécial résistant aux hautes températures, avec une forte teneur en nickel.
- Chambre de coulée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le coin conique (8) est constitué de la même matière que l'enveloppe interne (3).
