Claims (22)
- Flächiges Textilmaterial, insbesondere zur Verwendung als Bekleidungs-, Einlage-, oder Vliesstoff, mit einer Ober- und einer Unterseite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die Durchlässigkeit des Textilmaterials steuernde Elemente (30 bis 36, 12 bis 18; 38 bis 44, 46; 50, 54; 64, 54; 84) aufweist, die durch mindestens einen Umweltparameter verformbar sind.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Paare zusammenarbeitender erster (12 bis 18; 46; 54; 84) und zweiter (30 bis 36; 38 bis 44; 50; 64; 86) Steuerelemente umfaßt, welche gegeneinander durch den Umweltparameter verformbar sind, um einen Durchgang mehr oder weniger freizugeben bzw. zu schließen.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten (46; 54) und zweiten (38 bis 44; 50; 64) Steuerelemente aus unterschiedlichem Material bestehen.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten (12 bis 18; 46; 54) und zweiten (30 bis 36; 38 bis 44; 50; 64) Steuerelemente unterschiedlich geformt sind.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerelemente (12 bis 18; 54; 68) zwei miteinander verbundene Lagen (11a, 11b; 56, 58; 70, 72; 70, 74) aus Materialien aufweisen, die sich in ihrer von dem Umweltparameter abhängigen Ausdehnung unterscheiden.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerelemente Kapseln/Mikrokapseln (54) aufweisen mit elastischer Hülle (56) und einer Füllung (58), deren Volumen sich bei Temperaturänderung ändert.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllung (58) der Kapseln/Mikrokapseln (54) eine Flüssigkeit mit einer Siedetemperatur zwischen 20 bis 50° C, vorzugsweise etwa 30° C ist.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapseln/Mikrokapseln (54) über ein Bindemittel (53) mit Fasern (50) des Material verbunden sind.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter den Steuerelementen gegeneinander versetzte Öffnungen (64) sind, die in zwei Materiallagen (20a, 20b) ausgebildet sind, die zwischen einer flächig übereinanderliegenden Sperrstellung und einer beabstandeten Durchlaßstellung bewegbar sind.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Materiallagen (20a, 20b) bereichsweise miteinander verbunden, z.B. verschweißt sind.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung der Materiallagen (20a, 20b) bewerkstelligende Kapseln/Mikrokapseln (54) in Vertiefungen (60) angeordnet sind, die in mindestens einer der beiden Materiallagen (20a, 20b) vorgesehen sind.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapseln/Mikrokapseln (54) in einem aufgeweiteten Zustand die Zwischenräume eines Fasergewebes, welches durch eine Vielzahl von vorzugsweise fluiddurchlässigen Gewebefasern (50) gebildet ist, im wesentlichen ausfüllen.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter den ersten Steuerelementen Materialzungen (12 bis 18) sind, welche mit die zweiten Steuerelemente bildenden Öffnungen (30 bis 36) einer Material-Hauptlage (20) zusammenarbeiten, wobei die Materialzungen (12 bis 18) so bemessen sind, daß durch sie die Öffnungen (30 bis 36) dann verschlossen sind, wenn die Materialzungen (12 bis 18) im wesentlichen gestreckt sind.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter den ersten Steuerelementen Steuerfäden (46; 66) sind, die sich durch Öffnungen (38 bis 44) einer Material-Hauptlage (20) erstrecken.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter den Steuerelementen Steuerfäden (66) mit einer Vielzahl von Fasern (68) sind, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Fasern (68) eine von dem mindestens einen Umweltparameter abhängige Verformung aufweist.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern (68), die eine von dem mindestens einem Umweltparameter abhängige Verformung aufweisen, jeweils mindestens zwei Faserelemente (70, 72; 70, 74) umfassen, die in Längsrichtung miteinander verbunden sind und sich in ihrer von dem Umweltparameter abhängigen Längenausdehnung unterscheiden.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Fadenelement eine Lackschicht (74) ist, deren Stärke in Umfangsrichtung der Faser (68) variiert.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern (68) ein auf einen Umweltparameter ansprechendes Material aufweisen und auf ihrer Mantelfläche ein Sperrschicht (74) tragen, deren Stärke in Umfangsrichtung der Faser (68) variiert und welche das Fasermaterial zumindest teilweise gegen den Umweltparameter abschirmt.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Gewebe aus Kettfäden (80) und Schußfäden (82) aufweist, das zumindest bereichsweise Steuerfäden (84) umfaßt, deren Länge sich abhängig von mindestens einem Umweltparameter ändert.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zumindest abschnittsweise aus einem Strickstoff besteht, in den Steuerfäden eingestrickt sind, deren Länge sich abhängig von mindestens einem Umweltparameter ändert.
- Textilmaterial nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil der Steuerelemente (46; 68; 84) als monofile Kunststoffäden ausgeführt ist.
- Textilmaterial nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiterer Teil der Steuerelemente (80, 82) als multifile Kunststoffäden ausgeführt ist, wobei die multifilen und die monofilen Kunststoffäden vorzugsweise aus dem gleichen Material bestehen.
