Claims (10)
- Distributeur de produit fluide (10) comprenant :un corps creux (24) pour contenir ledit produit fluide et comprenant une extrémité de décharge ouverte (32),un piston suiveur (29) monté coulissant de manière étanche à l'intérieur dudit corps creux (24) pour se déplacer vers ladite extrémité de décharge à mesure que du produit fluide en est extrait, de manière à diminuer le volume interne dudit corps creux, etune pompe (14) montée dans ladite ouverture de décharge (32), ladite pompe comprenant une entrée en communication avec l'intérieur dudit corps et une sortie se projetant au-delà de ladite ouverture,
un élément de maintien (130) fixé audit corps (24), ledit élément de maintien définissant une ouverture (192) située de manière adjacente à l'extrémité ouverte (32) du corps, ledit élément de maintien comprenant un capot extérieur (160) et un manchon annulaire (190) définissant ladite ouverture (192), ledit capot extérieur et ledit manchon annulaire étant relié par leurs extrémités supérieures, ledit capot extérieur et ledit manchon annulaire étant disposés de manière sensiblement concentrique, ledit capot extérieur ayant une partie inférieure définissant un épaulement (162) recevant l'extrémité inférieure d'un capuchon de protection (20), ledit élément de maintien (196) définissant une bride s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur, ladite pompe (14) définissant une bride (140) s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur et au moins une nervure (142) s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur, située au-dessus de ladite bride de pompe pour définir un logement (144) entre ladite bride (140) de pompe et ladite nervure (142) de pompe pour recevoir ladite bride (196) de l'élément de maintien (130), et au moins un parmi ladite pompe et ledit élément de maintien sont réalisés de manière résiliente pour permettre un déplacement relatif de ladite nervure de pompe au-delà de ladite bride d'élément de maintien, de manière à recevoir par encliquetage ladite bride de l'élément de maintien dans ledit logement entre ladite bride de pompe et la nervure. - Distributeur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite nervure (142) de la pompe définit une surface de came inclinée (146).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites nervures (142) sont espacées circonférentiellement autour de ladite pompe.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite bride (196) de l'élément de maintien (130)s'étend vers l'intérieur à partir dudit manchon (190).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit corps (24) comprend un col (32) ayant un rebord (35) qui fait saillie vers le haut, et ledit distributeur comprend un joint (132) comprimé contre ledit rebord (35) par ladite bride (140) de la pompe (14).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de maintien (130) définit un cordon (202) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur, ledit corps définissant une rainure (36) ouverte radialement vers l'intérieur pour recevoir ledit cordon, au moins un parmi ledit corps et ledit élément de maintien étant réalisé de manière résiliente pour permettre un déplacement relatif dudit cordon dans ladite rainure pour venir en prise encliquetée.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit cordon (202) de l'élément de maintien est défini à l'intérieur dudit manchon (190).
- Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, dans lequel ledit cordon (202) de l'élément de maintien est situé en dessous de ladite bride (196) de l'élément de maintien.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le capot extérieur (160) comprend une saillie (166) qui s'étend sur au moins une partie de la périphérie du capot à proximité de l'épaulement pour coopérer par encliquetage avec un évidement périphérique interne (21) formé dans le capuchon de protection (20).
- Procédé de montage d'un distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes :d'une part
insérer le piston suiveur (29) dans le corps creux (24),et, d'autre part
monter la pompe (14) dans l'élément de maintien (130),
monter un poussoir (16) sur la pompe (14),
monter optionnellement le capuchon de protection (20) sur l'élément de maintien,
disposer éventuellement le joint (132) sur la pompe (14),puis remplir le corps creux (24) du produit fluide,et enfin encliqueter l'élément de maintien (130) sur le corps creux (24).
