Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Auftragen eines Produkts, insbesondere eines Schminkprodukts, auf eine Unterlage, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Auftragorgan (4) aus elastisch verformbarem Material enthält, wobei das Auftragorgan eine Auftragfläche (3) aufweist, die im wesentlichen in einer Ebene angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Unterlage in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) Greifmittel (2) aufweist, die als Reaktion auf eine Beanspruchung in der Lage sind, die Auftragfläche (3) in ihrer Ebene zu verformen, um einen Querschnitt der Auftragfläche (3) parallel zur Ebene von einer ersten Form in mindestens eine zweite Form übergehen zu lassen, wobei der Querschnitt durch elastische Rückholkraft wieder die erste Form annimmt, wenn die Wirkung der Beanspruchung auf die Greifmittel (2) endet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Auftragfläche (3) seine erste Form unter der Wirkung der vom Auftragorgan (4) und ggf. den Greifmitteln (2) als Reaktion auf die Beanspruchung erzeugten elastischen Rückholkräfte wiedergewinnt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Form des Querschnitts in Bezug auf eine Symmetrieachse (X) symmetrisch ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (3) von der ersten Form in eine zweite Form übergehen kann, die das Spiegelbild der ersten Form bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel (2) in der Lage sind, den Querschnitt der Auftragfläche (3) selektiv von der ersten Form in eine zweite oder eine dritte Form übergehen zu lassen, wobei die zweite und die dritte Form asymmetrisch sind und die eine das Spiegelbild der anderen bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Auftragfläche (3) in der ersten Form von zwei im wesentlichen geraden Seitenrändern (6, 7) begrenzt wird, die sich von einem ersten Ende (8) zu einem zweiten Ende (9) der Auftragfläche (3) erstrecken, wobei die beiden Seitenränder (6, 7) sich in Richtung des zweiten Endes (9) progressiv voneinander entfernen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Ende (8, 9) abgerundet sind, wobei das zweite Ende (9) einen Krümmungsradius aufweist, der größer ist als ein Krümmungsradius des ersten Endes.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten und der dritten Form der Querschnitt der Auftragfläche (3) einen ersten Seitenrand (7, 6) mit einem ersten Krümmungsradius und einen zweiten Seitenrand (6, 7) mit einem zweiten Krümmungsradius bildet, wobei der erste Krümmungsradius größer ist als der zweite Krümmungsradius.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel (2) aus mindestens zwei steifen oder halbsteifen Druckauflagerändern (12, 13) bestehen, die sich auf einer Seite (10) des Auftragorgans (4) entgegengesetzt zur Auftragfläche (3) befinden, wobei die Druckauflageränder (12, 13) voneinander entfernt sind und sich senkrecht zur Ebene der Auftragfläche (3) erstrecken.
  10. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der beiden Druckauflageränder (12, 13) ein erstes Ende (18, 19) und ein zweites Ende (20, 21) aufweist, wobei ein auf die ersten Enden (18, 19) der Druckauflageränder (12, 13) ausgeübter Druck, um sie einander anzunähern, den Übergang des Querschnitts von der ersten Form in die zweite Form bewirkt, während ein auf die zweiten Enden (20, 21) der Druckauflageränder (12, 13) ausgeübter Druck, um sie einander anzunähern, den Übergang des Querschnitts von der ersten Form in die dritte Form bewirkt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Druckauflagerand (12) in einer ersten Ebene ausgebildet ist, die senkrecht zur Symmetrieachse (X) ausgerichtet ist, während der zweite Druckauflagerand (13) in einer zweiten Ebene, parallel zur ersten, ausgebildet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Druckauflageränder (12, 13) durch ein Verbindungselement (14) miteinander verbunden sind, das in einer Ebene ausgebildet ist, die die Symmetrieachse (X) enthält und senkrecht zur ersten und zur zweiten Ebene liegt, wobei das Verbindungselement (14) in der Lage ist, sich als Reaktion auf einen auf die ersten Enden (18, 19) ausgeübten Druck, um sie einander anzunähern, in einer ersten Richtung elastisch zu biegen, und sich als Reaktion auf einen auf die zweiten Enden (20, 21) ausgeübten Druck, um sie einander anzunähern, in einer zweiten Richtung entgegengesetzt zur ersten elastisch zu biegen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckauflageränder (12, 13) mit dem Verbindungselement (14) über abgeschrägte Abschnitte (15) verbunden sind, die in der Lage sind, das Biegen des Verbindungselements (14) in die erste und die zweite Richtung zu begünstigen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (22, 23) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, die Auftragfläche (3) in lösbarer Weise in mindestens einer der durch Verformung der ersten Form erhaltenen Formen zu verriegeln.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel (2) aus einem Stück (11) gebildet werden, das durch Formen eines steifen oder halbsteifen thermoplastischen Materials erhalten wird, insbesondere einem Polypropylen oder einem Polyethylen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (14) eine geringere Stärke aufweist als der erste und der zweite Druckauflagerand (12, 13).
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomermaterial geformt ist, insbesondere auf der Basis von Polypropylen oder Polyethylen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifrnittel (2) und das Auftragorgan (4) durch BiInjektion oder Überformen gebildet werden.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (3) des Auftragorgans (4) von einem absorbierenden Material (5) gebildet wird, insbesondere einem Schaumstoff mit offenen oder halboffenen Zellen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer der Formen die Auftragfläche (3) für das Auftragen des Produkts auf das rechte Augenlid geeignet ist, während die Auftragfläche (3) zum Auftragen auf das linke Augenlids geeignet ist, wenn der Querschnitt sich in einer anderen der Formen befindet.
  21. Gehäuse, insbesondere Schminkkasten, das eine Auftragvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
