Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de serrage pour des disques abrasifs comportant des éléments de serrage, dans lequel entre au moins un élément de serrage et le disque abrasif (3, 4) est disposée une bague intercalaire rigide (5) de préférence métallique, qui maintient le disque abrasif (3, 4) à distance de l'élément de serrage, et dans lequel la bague intercalaire (5) ou l'élément de serrage voisin de la bague intercalaire (5) est pourvu d'une couche d'amortissement fixée (9, 12,14, 20) formée d'un matériau élastique et qui s'étend aussi bien dans la direction radiale que dans la direction axiale, caractérisé en ce que la bague intercalaire (5) comporte une partie saillante en forme de douille, située du côté du moyeu et que la bague intercalaire (5) et l'élément de serrage sont réunis de façon fixe d'un seul tenant par la couche d'amortissement (9, 12, 14, 20) formée d'un matériau élastique qui s'étend aussi bien dans une direction radiale que dans une direction axiale.
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage, la couche d'amortissement (9, 14) et la bague intercalaire (5) sont réunies par collage.
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage sont formés de deux brides de serrage ou d'une bride de serrage et d'un écrou de serrage, et qu'une bride de serrage (1), dans le cas d'un dispositif de serrage comportant deux brides de serrage, et la bride de serrage (1) dans le cas d'un dispositif comportant une bride de serrage (1) et un écrou de serrage (2), sont pourvues d'une couche intercalaire fixée (9, 14) formée d'un matériau élastique.
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre couche d'amortissement (12) est disposée sur le côté du disque abrasif (3, 4), situé à l'opposé de la bague intercalaire (5).
  5. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que cette couche d'amortissement (12) s'appuie contre le disque abrasif (3, 4).
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie saillante (13) fait saillie des deux côtés de la bague intercalaire (5).
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'amortissement (9, 14) ou les éléments d'insertion sont formés par un matériau élastomère.
