Claims (7)
- Membrane pare-vapeur à base de bitume, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une armature composite constituée par une feuille mince continue d'aluminium (2) ou d'un alliage à base d'aluminium et par une grille en un matériau à haute résistance mécanique, assemblées entre elles par contrecollage, ladite armature composite (2, 3) étant revêtue sur ses deux faces de couches de matériaux à base de bitume (4 et 5) éventuellement de compositions différentes.
- Membrane pare-vapeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche supérieure du revêtement bitumineux (4) est traitée pour présenter une surface (4') à accrochage privilégié, par exemple une surface (4') sablée ou ayant été soumise à un traitement similaire permettant un collage à chaud et/ou à froid d'une couche d'isolant (6).
- Membrane pare-vapeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'armature composite est composée d'une grille de fils ou de filaments continus synthétiques ou minéraux à résistance élevée, notamment d'une grille de fils de verre (3), contrecollée sur une mince feuille d'aluminium (2) présentant, le cas échéant, une surface martelée.
- Membrane pare-vapeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la couche de revêtement bitumineuse inférieure (5) consiste en un mélange bitumineux à propriétés collantes, préférentiellement autocollantes à froid sur de l'acier ou du béton.
- Membrane pare-vapeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée en ce que la feuille d'aluminium (2) présente une épaisseur comprise entre 10 µm et 100 µm, préférentiellement entre 20 µm et 70 µm, et en ce que la grille de verre (3) est constituée de fils de verre de titre compris entre 40 tex et 100 tex, préférentiellement entre 60 tex et 80 tex, et arrangés dans un réseau à deux composantes sensiblement orthogonales entre elles, les fils (3', 3") de chaque composante étant espacés d'un intervalle compris entre 1,5 mm et 10 mm. préférentiellement entre 3 mm et 4 mm.
- Complexe isolant et étanchéifiant pour toitures, notamment de bâtiments soumis à forte ou très forte hygrométrie, caractérisé en ce qu'il est principalement constitué, d'une part, par une membrane pare-vapeur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 reposant sur le support ou les éléments supports de toiture, d'autre part, par une couche de matériau isolant (6) rapportée par collage sur ladite membrane pare-vapeur (1) et, enfin, par une ou plusieurs couche(s) de revêtement d'étanchéité (7) extérieures rapportée(s) sur ladite couche isolante (6), par collage à froid, à chaud ou thermofusion.
- Complexe selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la membrane pare-vapeur (1) présente une sous-face autocollante à froid sur l'acier et/ou le béton et est rapportée par collage sur les éléments support (8) constitutifs de la toiture, tels que des tôles d'acier nervurées.
