Claims (7)
- Drehschieberplatte (10) aus einem feuerfesten keramischen Matrixmaterial (12), mita) zwei, zwischen zwei Haupt-Oberflächen (10o) verlaufenden Durchgangsöffnungen (16.1, 16.2) für eine Metallschmelze, undb) mindestens einem, im Matrixmaterial (12) eingelassenen Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) aus einem gegenüber dem Matrixmaterial (12) verschleißfesteren Werkstoff, wobeic) der Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) eine zugehörige Durchgangsöffnung (16.1, 16.2) mindestens im Bereich einer Haupt-Oberfläche (10o) der Drehschieberplatte (10) allseitig umgibt und mit dieser Haupt-Oberfläche (10o) fluchtet, undd) der Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) mindestens auf seinem der Drehrichtung D der Drehschieberplatte (10) abgewandten Abschnitt (14.11, 14.13, 14.14) zwischen dem Rand der Durchgangsöffnung (16.1, 16.2) und seinem korrespondierenden äußeren Rand eine Breite aufweist, die gleich oder größer als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung (16.1, 16.2) ist.
- Drebschieberplatte nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) eine kreisförmige Grundfläche aufweist.
- Drehschieberplatte nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Durchgangsöffnung (16.1, 16.2) exzentrisch im Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) angeordnet ist.
- Drehschieberplatte nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Einsatz (14.1) auf seinem in Drehrichtung D der Drehschieberplatte (10) weisenden Abschnitt (14.13, 14.14) zwischen dem Rand der Durchgangsöffnung (16.1) und seinem korrespondierenden äußeren Rand eine Breite aufweist, die gleich oder größer als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung (16.1) ist.
- Drehschieberplatte nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Einsatz (14.1) beide Durchgangsöffnungen (16.1, 16.2) mindestens im Bereich einer Haupt-Oberfläche (10o) der Drehschieberplatte (10) allseitig umgibt.
- Drehschieberplatte nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Einsatz (14.1, 14.2) sich über die gesamte Höhe der Drehschieberplatte erstreckt.
- Drehschieberplatte nach Anspruch 6, bei der der Einsatz über die Höhe der Drehschieberplatte betrachtet unterschiedliche Außenabmessungen aufweist.
