    the distance (c) between locked interlocking element (34, 35, 48) and window frame (12) perpendicular to the opening direction (X) amounts to 5 % or more of the rebate height (h).
  3. Interlocking device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized by the fact that the interlocking element (34) for locking can be pushed from the casement (14) to the window frame (12) generally perpendicularly to a side profile of the casement (14).
  4. Interlocking device according to claim 1, 2 or 3,
    characterized by the fact that the interlocking element (35) for locking can be turned from the casement (14) to the window frame (12).
  5. Interlocking device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized by the fact that the interlocking element (48) for locking can be pushed parallel to a side profile of the casement (14).
  6. Interlocking device according to one of the claims as described above
    characterized by the fact that on the casement (14) is mounted a locking mechanism (30, 32) with a locking element, by means of which the closed casement (14) is lockable, and the interlocking element (34, 35, 48) can be actuated via the locking mechanism (30, 32).
  7. Interlocking device according to one of the claims as described above
    characterized by the fact that the interlocking element (34, 35, 48) and the catch (38) each have at least one tooth (62, 64), and these teeth (62, 64) are engaged when the closed casement (14) with locked interlocking element (34, 35, 48) is moved a short distance in opening direction (X).
  8. Window with an interlocking device showing the characteristics of one or more of the claims as described above.
