Claims (8)

  1. Safety device for a window (10) comprising:
    a window frame (12),
    a wing frame (14), which is hinged to the window frame (12) and pivotable from a closed position into an opening direction (X), wherein
    a first hook element (28) is attached to the window frame (12) and a second hook element (32) is attached to the wing frame (14),
    the first and second hook elements (28, 32) are not engaged in the opening direction (X) when the wing frame (14) is closed, and
    the first and second hook elements (28, 32) are engaged in a direction (Z) perpendicular to the opening direction (X) when the closed wing frame (14) is moved relative to the window frame (12) perpendicularly to the opening direction (X),
    characterized in that
    at least one locking element (27) is arranged between the window frame (12) and the closed wing frame (14), which locking element projects into a locking plate (44), and
    the hook elements (28, 32) limit movement of the closed wing frame (14) relative to the window frame (12) perpendicularly to the opening direction (x) to a certain path in such a manner that the locking element (27) remains within the locking plate (44).
  2. Safety device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the first hook element (28) is stationary attached to the window frame (12) and the second hook element (32) is stationary attached to the wing frame (14).
  3. Safety device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that the first hook element (28) is stationary attached to the window frame (12) and the second hook element (32) is moveably attached to the wing frame (14).
  4. Safety device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the first and second hook elements (28, 32) include at least one tooth (36, 38) each, said teeth (36, 38) being engaged in the opening direction (X) when the closed wing frame (14) is moved relative to the window frame (12) perpendicularly to the opening direction (X).
  5. Safety device according to claim 4, wherein a fold (26) having a fold width (b) is formed in the opening direction (X) between the window frame (12) and the closed wing frame (14),
    characterized in that the tooth (36) of the first hook element (28) is spaced from the tooth (38) of the second hook element (32) in the opening direction (X) by a distance (a) of 10 % to 50 % of the fold width (b) when the wing frame (14) is closed.
  6. Safety device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a fold (26) having a fold height (h) is formed perpendicularly to the opening direction (X) between the window frame (12) and the closed wing frame (14),
    characterized in that the first hook element (28) is spaced from the second hook element (32) perpendicularly to the opening direction (X) by a distance (d) of 10 to 50 % of the fold height (h) when the wing frame (14) is closed.
  7. Safety device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that a locking mechanism (40) cooperating with a locking pin (42) is attached to the wing frame (14) and a locking plate (44) is attached to the window frame (12), by means of which the closed wing frame (14) may be locked to the window frame (12), wherein the first hook element (28) is integrally formed with the locking plate (44) and the second hook element (32) is integrally formed with a part of the locking mechanism (40).
  8. Window comprising a safety device having the features of one or more of the preceding claims.
