Abstract

Eine Einwegdose (10) wird in einer Preßform (11) durch axiales Bewegen eines Preßstempels (14) derart verformt, dass ein Teil des Dosenmantels (17) in einen anderen Teil des Dosenmantels gestülpt wird. Dadurch entsteht ein becherartiger doppelwandiger Preßling. Derartige Preßlinge können zu mehreren ineinandergestapelt werden. Es ergibt sich eine sehr hohe Materialdichte. Dadurch werden Lager- und Verpackungskapazitäten eingespart. Das Recycling gebrauchter Dosen wird vereinfacht.
