Claims (8)
- Verstärkungselement für aus Kunststoff gefertigte Hohlkammern (1) aufweisende Rahmenprofile, wie insbesondere Fensterprofile, wobei das Verstärkungselement (2) einen offenen, im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) das Verstärkungselement (2) ist aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff gefertigt;b) es ist unterteilt in Schenkel unterschiedlicher Dicke mit einem relativ dickeren Tragschenkel (3) sowie relativ dünneren Distanz- (4) und Führungsschenkeln (5), wobeic) der Faseranteil im Verbundwerkstoff so gewählt ist, daß sich das Verstärkungselement im Pulltrusionsverfahren herstellen läßt.
- Verstärkungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faseranteil im Tragschenkel (3) etwa 60 bis 90 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verstärkungselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faseranteil im Tragschenkel (3) gegenüber dem Distanz- und Führungsschenkel (5) erhöht ist und 70 bis 90 Gew.-% gegenüber 60 bis 80 Gew.-% der anderen Schenkel (4, 5) beträgt.
- Verstärkungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Distanz- (4) und/oder Führungsschenkel (5) äußere, in den Kunststoff des Verbundwerkstoffes eingebettete Gewebelagen (6) aufweisen.
- Verstärkungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragschenkel (3) eine Wandstärke von etwa 4 bis 15 mm und die anderen Schenkel (4, 5) eine solche von etwa 1,5 bis 3 mm aufweisen.
- Verstärkungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbundwerkstoff ein Glasfaserverbundwerkstoff ist.
- Verstärkungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese derart in die Hohlkammerprofile von Kunststoffrahmen einsetzbar und mit diesen verbindbar sind, daß die Tragschenkel (3) im wesentlichen Zuglasten aufnehmen.
- Verstärkungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Tragschenkel (3) eine Stahleinlage (17) eingefügt ist.
