Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de fixation d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte (1) de véhicule automobile, du type comportant un boîtier (10) appliqué sur la face externe du bord (3a) d'une découpe (3) ménagée dans la porte (1) et supportant un organe (11) de commande de l'ouverture de ladite porte (1). Le boîtier (10) est maintenu par pincement d'au moins une portion du bord (3a) de la découpe (3) entre ledit boîtier (10) et une pièce (20) appliquée sur la face interne du bord (3a) de cette découpe (3). <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte de véhicule automobile.
Généralement, les commandes d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte de véhicule automobile sont formées par un ensemble comprenant notamment un boítier fixé sur la porte et sur lequel est monté un organe de commande de l'ouverture de ladite porte.
Cet organe de commande est formé par une poignée se présentant par exemple sous la forme d'une palette.
Actuellement, dans la plupart des cas, le boítier supportant l'organe de commande monté sur le panneau externe de la porte est fixé par vissage sur une ou deux pattes prévues dans une découpe ménagée dans le panneau de porte.
A cet effet, un insert ou une vis prémontée sur le boítier de la commande d'ouverture de porte est centré dans un orifice prévu sur la patte de fixation correspondante et un écrou bloque l'ensemble en position sur le panneau de porte.
Ce genre de montage nécessite donc des pièces supplémentaires telles que des vis et des écrous et le temps de montage est relativement long du fait de la mise en place de ces vis et de ces écrous et également à cause de l'opération de vissage elle-même.
De plus, dans certains cas, la disposition des différents éléments à l'intérieur de la porte fait qu'il est très difficile, voire impossible de placer une visseuse.
L'invention a pour but d'éviter ces inconvénients en proposant un dispositif de fixation d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte de véhicule automobile qui permet de diminuer le temps de montage de la commande d'ouverture sur le panneau de porte et également de réduire les coûts grâce à la réduction du nombre de pièces et notamment à la suppression des vis et des écrous.
L'invention a donc pour objet un dispositif de fixation d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte de véhicule automobile, du type comprenant un boítier appliqué sur la face externe du bord d'une découpe ménagée dans la porte et supportant un organe de commande d'ouverture de ladite porte, caractérisé en ce que le boítier est maintenu par pincement d'au moins une portion du bord de la découpe entre ledit boítier et une pièce appliquée sur la face interne du bord de cette découpe et formée par un étrier comportant au moins un doigt s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la porte et destiné à pénétrer dans un pontet prévu sur la face arrière du boítier,
Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention :
  • la forme et les dimensions de l'étrier et du boítier sont déterminées pour que ledit doigt et ledit pontet exercent, d'une part, une force plaquant le boítier sur la face externe du bord de la découpe et, d'autre part, par réaction, une force opposée plaquant l'étrier sur la face interne du bord de ladite découpe,
  • le montage de l'étrier sur le boítier s'effectue par déplacement de l'étrier selon une direction longitudinale de la porte,
  • le dispositif comporte des moyens de blocage empêchant un démontage intempestif de l'étrier,
  • les moyens de blocage sont formés par une languette élastique coopérant avec une butée prévue sur la porte.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée à titre d'exemple et faite en se référant aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels :
  • la Fig. 1 est une vue schématique en élévation d'une porte d'un véhicule automobile destinée à recevoir une commande d'ouverture fixée par un dispositif conforme à l'invention,
  • la Fig. 2 est une vue schématique en coupe transversale de la commande d'ouverture fixée par le dispositif conforme à l'invention,
  • la Fig. 3 est une vue schématique en perspective du boítier de la commande d'ouverture,
  • la Fig. 4 est une vue schématique en perspective de l'étrier du dispositif de fixation de la commande d'ouverture.
Sur la Fig. 1, on a représenté schématiquement une porte 1 d'un véhicule automobile qui comporte, en façade, c'est à dire sur la face externe du panneau 2, une découpe 3 destinée à recevoir une commande d'ouverture de la porte 1 maintenue sur ladite découpe 3 au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation conforme à l'invention.
Ainsi que représenté sur les Figs. 2 et 3, la commande d'ouverture de la porte 1 comprend notamment un boítier 10 destiné à être appliqué sur la face externe du bord 3a de la découpe 3 ménagée dans le panneau 2 de la porte 1.
Le boítier 10 supporte un organe de commande de l'ouverture de la porte 1 qui, dans l'exemple représenté à la Fig. 2, est constitué par une palette 11.
A cet effet, le boítier 10 comporte sur sa face interne 10a deux pattes 12 parallèles et s'étendant vers le haut.
Chaque patte 12 est munie à sa partie supérieure d'un orifice transversal 12a pour le passage d'un axe, comme on le verra ultérieurement.
La palette 11 comporte sur sa face arrière deux bras 13 parallèles et s'étendant également vers le haut.
Chaque bras 13 est muni à sa partie supérieure d'un orifice 13a pour le passage d'un axe et traverse le boítier 10 par une ouverture 14 ménagée dans ledit boítier 10.
La palette 11 est montée sur le boítier 10 en introduisant chaque bras 13 dans une ouverture 14 de manière à positionner l'extrémité supérieure de chaque bras 13 en regard de l'extrémité supérieure d'une patte 12.
Ensuite, un axe, non représenté, est introduit dans l'orifice 12a d'une patte 12 et dans l'orifice 13a d'un bras 13 adjacent de telle manière que la palette 11 pivote autour de ces axes et commande, lors de ce pivotement, l'ouverture de la porte par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme approprié et relié à ladite palette 11.
Le boítier 10 comporte également sur sa face arrière 10a deux pontets, respectivement 15a et 15b, parallèles et munis chacun d'un passage axial, respectivement 16a et 16b, s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la porte 1.
Ainsi que représenté à la Fig. 2, le contour extérieur du boítier 10 supportant la palette 11 est placé sur la face externe du bord 3a de la découpe 3 et est maintenu par pincement de ce bord 3a entre le boítier 10 et une pièce 20 appliquée sur la face interne du bord 3a de cette découpe 3.
Pour cela, la pièce 20 est formée par un étrier 21 de longueur inférieure à la longueur du boítier 10 et dont le contour externe ne recouvre qu'une partie de la face interne du bord 3a de la découpe 3.
Dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté à la Fig. 4, l'étrier 21 comporte deux doigts, respectivement 22a et 22b, s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la porte 1 et destinés à pénétrer chacun dans le passage 16a ou 16b d'un pontet 15a ou 15b ménagé sur la face arrière 10a du boítier 10.
Le doigt 22a est disposé en regard d'une échancrure 23 prévue sur l'étrier 21 et le doigt 22b est disposé sur l'extrémité 21a de l'étrier 21.
La largeur des doigts 22a et 22b est inférieure à la largeur des passages 16a et 16b des pontets 15a et 15b de façon à permettre un déplacement transversal de l'étrier 21 lors du montage de cet étrier 21 sur le boítier 10.
La forme et les dimensions de l'étrier 21 et du boítier 10 sont déterminées pour que les doigts 22a et 22b et les pontets 15a et 15b exercent, d'une part, une force plaquant le boítier 10 sur la face externe du bord 3a de la découpe 3 et, d'autre part, par réaction, une force opposée plaquant l'étrier 21 sur la face interne du bord 3a de ladite découpe 3.
Le montage de l'étrier 21 sur le boítier 10 est réalisé de la façon suivante.
Tout d'abord, le boítier 10 supportant la palette 11 est placé sur la face interne du bord 3a de la découpe 3 et l'étrier 21 est déplacé selon une direction longitudinale de la porte 1 pour que les doigts 22a et 22b pénètrent dans les passages 16a et 16b des pontets 15a et 15b.
Pour cela, l'étrier 21 est écrasé légèrement contre la face interne du panneau 2 de la porte 1 de telle manière que les doigts 22a et 22b soient positionnés dans l'axe des passages 16a et 16b des pontets 15a et 15b.
Dès que les doigts 22a et 22b sont en position dans les passages 16a et 16b des pontets 15a et 15b, l'étrier 21 est relâché et revient à sa position initiale, ainsi que représentée à la Fig. 2.
Les doigts 22a et 22b se déplacent vers l'arrière par rapport à la face externe de la porte 1, si bien que le rebord de l'étrier 21 s'appuie sur la face interne du bord 3a de la découpe 3, et tirent le boítier 10 également vers l'arrière en le plaquant sur le bord 3a de ladite découpe 3.
Ainsi, le bord 3a de la découpe 3 est pincé entre le boítier 10 et l'étrier 21, ce qui assure la fixation du boítier 10 et de l'organe de commande de l'ouverture de la porte 1 du véhicule automobile.
Enfin, le dispositif de fixation comporte des moyens de blocage empêchant un démontage intempestif de l'étrier 21.
Comme représenté à la Fig. 4, ces moyens de blocage sont formés par une languette élastique 25 coopérant avec une butée 26 prévue sur le boítier 10 (fig. 3).
Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention permet de diminuer le temps de montage d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure de porte sur le panneau de cette porte et ne nécessite aucun organe de vissage ce qui permet également de diminuer les coûts du fait de la suppression des vis et des écrous.
Le dispositif de fixation selon l'invention permet aussi le montage de la commande d'ouverture extérieure de porte dans des zones difficiles d'accès pour des outils de vissage.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de fixation d'une commande d'ouverture extérieure d'une porte (1) de véhicule automobile, du type comprenant un boítier (10) appliqué sur la face externe du bord (3a) d'une découpe (3) ménagée sur la porte (1) et supportant un organe (11) de commande de l'ouverture de ladite porte (1), caractérisé en ce que le boítier (10) est maintenu par pincement d'au moins une portion du bord (3a) de la découpe (3) entre ledit boítier (10) et une pièce (20) appliquée sur la face interne du bord (3a) de cette découpe (3) et formée par un étrier (21) comportant au moins un doigt (22a, 22b) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la porte (1) et destiné à pénétrer dans un pontet (15a, 15b) prévu sur la face arrière du boítier (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la forme et les dimensions de l'étrier (21) et du boítier (10) sont déterminées pour que ledit doigt (22a, 22b) et ledit pontet (15a, 15b) exercent, d'une part, une force plaquant le boítier (10) sur la face externe du bord (3a) de la découpe (3) et, d'autre part, par réaction, une force opposée plaquant l'étrier (21) sur la face interne du bord (3a) de ladite découpe (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le montage de l'étrier (21) sur le boítier (10) s'effectue par déplacement de l'étrier (21) selon une direction longitudinale de la porte (1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (25, 26) de blocage empêchant un démontage intempestif de l'étrier (21).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage sont formés par une languette élastique (25) coopérant avec une butée (26) prévue sur la porte (1).
