Definitions
- the invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating a film with at least two laminate layers and a packaging machine with one such device and a pack with an upper film of at least two Laminate layers.
- US 5,591,468 proposes two separate ones Layers on top of each other to be used as cover films, of which the lower one is permeable to oxygen and the upper is impermeable to oxygen.
- the two separate Layers are made using two separate sealed seams with the packaging edge welded.
- Immediately before the packs are offered for sale top layer are peeled off, whereby the meat takes on a red color but at the same time it is guaranteed that the pack up to this point was sealed airtight, which ensured the shelf life of the meat.
- the Known methods and the known pack have the disadvantage that for Production of the pack two separate film rolls must be used and further two sealing seams must be created. This does the whole thing The process is complicated and the associated devices are complex.
- a device for separating a film is also intended to be used at least two laminate layers and a method for this are provided, with which it is easily possible to use a laminate layer from another to separate and thus use such a film as a film in packaging.

- the object is achieved by a device according to claim 1, a method according to claim 13 or 24, a packaging machine according to claim 8 and a Package according to claim 18.
- a packaging machine 1 in the form of a Tray sealing machine a machine frame with an input side 2 and an exit side 3. Along the frame are from the entrance side to the output side a plurality of shell supports 4 for receiving Shells 5 through work stations arranged one behind the other in the transport direction transported.
- a transport device 6 is provided in the form of a transport chain.
- the Workstations include a sealing or sealing station 7 for sealing an upper film 11 (or cover film) with the edge of the shell for closing the pack and a cutting station 8 for cutting the top film.
- a separation station 9 for separating laminate layers the top film provided.
- There is also a transport device 10 provided for feeding and transporting the top film 11.
- the packaging machine also has a conveyor belt 12 for removal of finished packs 13 after passing through the workstations. It is further a roll 14 is provided for winding up the remnants of the top film 11 after cutting.
- a control and regulating device 15 is used for coordinated control and regulation the operation of the packaging machine.
- the top film 11 is a laminate film which at least two laminate layers consisting of an essentially oxygen impermeable first layer 20 and a second layer connected thereto consists essentially of oxygen-permeable layer 21.
- the first layer 20 and the second layer 21 are bonded together so that a limited There is adhesion between the two layers, i.e. the layers can be from each other be separated without being damaged.
- the oxygen impermeable first Layer is more stable than the oxygen-permeable layer. Because they're about the oxygen-permeable Layer survives and the more stable layer from both layers represents, it can be firmly gripped for transport at the film edges without to be damaged.
- the separation station 9 according to the invention for the top film 11 has, in particular 2 can be seen, one over the entire width of the top film 11 and itself First tool part extending transversely to the transport direction as the lower tool part 30 and a second tool part interacting with it during operation as Tool upper part 31.
- the lower tool part 30 is shown in FIG. 2 Lifting device in the form of a piston-cylinder device 32 relative to that Tool upper part 31 can be raised and lowered.
- the lower tool part 30 and that The upper part of the tool is in the form of a bar and thus each has two short sides 34 and 36 parallel to the direction of transport and long sides 35 or 37 perpendicular or transverse to the direction of transport.
- the lower tool part 30 has, as can be seen from Figures 2 and 4, one at a distance of trough-shaped recess 33 arranged on a short side 34 of the bar on.
- the upper part 31 of the tool points in the retracted state two tool parts of the recess 33 of the lower tool part 30 opposite Place a device for supplying compressed air in the form of two Bores 38, 39, each extending through the entire upper tool part 31 in extend in the vertical direction.
- the end facing away from the lower tool part 30 the holes are connected to a compressed air source 100.
- the upper tool part 31 also instructs its side facing the lower tool part 30 in the first shown in FIG. 3 Embodiment a substantially parallel to the long sides 37 and substantially parallel to one of the short sides 36 and at a distance of this extending groove 40 in which a round cord seal 41 for the purpose a seal is provided.
- the groove 40 is not closed in itself, but open on the other short side of the upper part of the tool. In the startled The state of the tool parts becomes an area through the seal 41 in the groove 40 42 formed within the groove between the two tool parts, the against the area 43 lying outside the groove between the tool parts is sealed is completed.
- the groove 40 is also arranged so that in the collapsed State of the two tool parts that provided in the lower tool part 30 Recess 33 lies within the sealed area 42.
- the one in collapsed State of the tool parts 30, 31 formed sealed area 42 has the shape of a straight line in the embodiment shown in FIG Strip that extends across the film web. Due to the fact that the Groove 40 is open on one side, there is an air flow through the sealed area 42 from the ends of the holes 38, 39 to the compressed air source to the side of the upper part of the tool on which the groove 40 is open, possible.
- the separating station 9 is arranged in the packaging machine in such a way that it is moved together Condition of the top film 11 with its projecting section 22 the first layer 20 covers the trough-shaped recess.
- the diameter the trough-shaped recess 33 is slightly larger than the amount s by the first layer 20 protrudes beyond the second layer 21, so that in the moved together Condition of the tool parts, the second layer 21 is still somewhat in the trough-shaped recess 33 protrudes.
- the top film 11 is moved from the one on both Sides of the film web attacking transport device 10 firmly gripped and immediately guided through the work stations above the trays 5. In cases in which the product is placed inside the trays, there is a normal one Closing by sealing in the sealing station 6. The same machine However, it is also suitable to close packages in which the product is over the upper edge of the shell protrudes, since the top film is held with a tension and the product is pressed into the bowl and then closed. In the cutting station 8, the upper film 11 is cut, which the individual Packs still connected. The remnants of the top sheet are on the roll 14 wound.
- the separating station 9 is also actuated with each work cycle of the packaging machine.
- the lower tool part 30 is against the upper tool part 31 moved by means of the lifting device 32 and against with a certain contact pressure the upper tool part 31 pressed, the upper film 11 between the lower tool part 30 and upper tool part 31 is clamped.
- the Separation station 9 By arranging the Separation station 9 relative to the film web of the upper film 11 comes over the second Layer 21 projecting section 22 of the first layer 20 over the recess 33 to lie and the seal 41 still runs within the outermost edge the protruding section 22 of the first layer 20
- the compressed air can penetrate between the layers and plants the detachment of the second layer 21 from the first layer 20 starting from the recess 33 across the entire width of the top film 11 continues, so that the top film then forms a straight line has across the web extending area in which the two laminate layers 20 and 21 are separated.

- the packs are in the cutting station 8 cut so that the area in which the laminate layers 20, 21 of the top film 11 are separated from one another, one over the edge 51 of the shell 5 projecting tab 52 forms. Since the shell carrier 4 is formed are that the shells 5 with their narrow side transverse to the direction of transport the area 52 is formed on the narrow side of the pack 13.
- Fig. 7 shows an example of a pack 13, in which the product over the Shell edge 51 protrudes and Fig.
- FIG. 8 shows an example of a pack 13 ', at where the product is placed inside the bowl and not over the edge of the pack 51 protrudes, for example in the case where it is a pack deals with protective gas.
- the top film is arranged in such a way that the oxygen-permeable Layer (21) on the side of the top film facing the product lies and the oxygen-impermeable layer (20) on that facing away from the product Side of the top film.
- the second layer 21 of the Top film i.e. the top layer in the area where it is from the bottom Layer 20 is separated, gripped and subtracted from the lower layer 20.
- a separation station 9 'shown in FIG Groove 40 with the inserted round cord seal 41 especially for generating the in 9 depicts area 60 of a pack 131 in which the laminate layers 20, 21 are separated from each other and which in this case at a corner of the Pack is generated, trained.
- the groove 40 runs adjacent to one long side of the upper tool part 31 such that it is one of the number of adjacent Packs has a corresponding number of indentations 61, which have the outline of half a lying U, the rounded one Bottom 62 of the U corresponds to the curvature of a corner of the edge of the shell.
- the sealed area 42 is like this formed that it has corners 63 so that after cutting in the Cutting station the area 60 of the upper film shown in FIG. 9, in which the laminate layers are separated from each other, is formed on a corner of the pack.
- one is like Separation station 9 'described above for separating the laminate layers of the top film arranged after the sealing station 7, instead of the separation station 9, which before the Sealing station is arranged.
- An arrangement after the sealing station has the advantage that in the sealing station not on the positions of the areas in which the Laminate layers are separated from each other, consideration must be given since these are only created afterwards.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating a film with at least two laminate layers and a packaging machine with one such device and a pack with an upper film of at least two Laminate layers.
When packaging meat, there is the problem that the meat, when it is in Contact with the oxygen in the air is fresh when it has a red color, but turns brown or violet in the absence of oxygen and then becomes unappetizing looks. With the conventional skin packs, the meat lies in a bowl and is covered with an upper or Cover film, which is welded to the edge of the tray, covered. If those Top film consists of an oxygen-impermeable film, occurs after some time the brown or violet discoloration of the meat mentioned above on. If an oxygen-permeable film is used as the top film, this can Meat keep the red color or accept it again.
To solve this dilemma, US 5,591,468 proposes two separate ones Layers on top of each other to be used as cover films, of which the lower one is permeable to oxygen and the upper is impermeable to oxygen. The two separate Layers are made using two separate sealed seams with the packaging edge welded. Immediately before the packs are offered for sale top layer are peeled off, whereby the meat takes on a red color but at the same time it is guaranteed that the pack up to this point was sealed airtight, which ensured the shelf life of the meat. The Known methods and the known pack, however, have the disadvantage that for Production of the pack two separate film rolls must be used and further two sealing seams must be created. This does the whole thing The process is complicated and the associated devices are complex.
From EP 0 721 899 A1 it is known to make an upper film for skin packs To use laminate layers. However, in the known skin pack the problem that the laminate layers are difficult to separate and a separate device as a point of attack for separating the upper layer from of the lower layer.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a package that keeps it fresh of the packaged goods, especially meat, guaranteed and in the case of it it is possible to easily access oxygen at a desired time Way to enable. A device for separating a film is also intended to be used at least two laminate layers and a method for this are provided, with which it is easily possible to use a laminate layer from another to separate and thus use such a film as a film in packaging. Furthermore, a packaging machine is to be provided with which the above-mentioned Packs can be made.
Packung nach Anspruch 18.The object is achieved by a device according to claim 1, a method

As can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 9, the
zwei kurze Seiten 34 bzw. 36 parallel zur Transportrichtung und lange Seiten 35
bzw.
vertikaler Richtung erstrecken. Das dem Werkzeugunterteil 30 abgewandte Ende
der Bohrungen ist mit einer Druckluftquelle 100 verbunden. The

During operation of the packaging machine, the
Subsequently, compressed air is fed through the compressed air supply during the
After passing through the cutting station, the
Before the packs are laid out for sale, the
In the further embodiment of a separation station 9 'shown in
In a further embodiment, which is shown schematically in FIG. 1, one is like
