dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jeder Beschlagkörper (21; ...; 71) der Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) eine Führungsgruppe von Führungsteilelementen (22, 23; 32, 33; 42, 43; 52, 53; 62, 63; 72, 73) aufweist, die in einem Führungsabstand (24-1; 34-2; 44-2; 54-2; 64-1) angeordnet sind und kompatibel mit Führungselementen eines Beschlagmagazins sind,daß die Befestigungsausnehmungen (25, 26; ...; 75, 76) der Beschlagkörper (21; ...; 71) wenigstens einer Einschraublinie (15.1, 14.2, 14.3) des Beschlagmagazins zuzuordnen sind, wobei die Befestigungsausnehmungen in wenigstens einem Leitführungsabstand (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16.5, 16.6) zu dem jeweiligen Führungsteilelement (22, 23; ... 72, 73) liegen unddaß die Beschlagkörper (21; ...; 71) aller Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) eine gleiche Beschlagkörperhöhe (28; 38; 48; 58; 68; 78) aufweisen, die von Oberkörperoberkante (21.2', ...; 71.2') der Beschlagoberkörper (21.2; ...; 71.2) zur Führungskante (22, 23; 32, 33; 42, 43; 52, 53; 62, 63; 72, 73) der Führungsteile (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) reicht. - System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Beschlagkörper (21; ...;) eine Führungsgruppe von zwei in einem Führungsabstand (24; 34; 44; 54; 64; 74) beabstandeten Führungsteilelementen (22, 23; ... 72, 73) angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsteilelemente als Führungsnuten (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) ausgebildet sind, die wenigstens in die Beschlagunterkörper (21.1; ...; 71.1) wenigstens teilweise eingebracht sind.
- System nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsausnehmungen (25, 26; ...; 75, 76) in einem ersten oder zweiten Führungs-Schraublinienabstand (16.1, ... 16.6) zu den Führungsnuten (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) als Leitführungsabstand angeordnet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) in einem ersten oder zweiten Nutabstand (24-1; 34-2; 44-2; 54-2; 64-1) als Führungsabstand angeordnet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnuten (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Beschlagmagazin mit wenigstens einer Führungslenkgruppe von in einem Führungslenkabstand (13.1, 13.2, 13.3) beabstandeten Führungselementen (12.1, ... 12.4) für maschinell an einem Rahmen, insbesondere Türrahmen oder Fensterrahmen (101) zu montierende Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) eines Rahmen-Beschlag-Systems mit wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Beschlagteilen nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führungslenkgruppen mit den beabstandeten Führungselementen (12.1, ... 12.4)auf einem Magazinbasiselement (11) angeordnet sind,daß jeweils eine Führungslenkgruppe der Führungselemente (12.1, ... 12.4) kompatibel zu einer Führungsgruppe der Führungsteilelemente (22, 23; ...; 72, 73) der Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) ist,daß über dem Magazinbasiselement (11) wenigstens ein Andrückelement (18.1, ... 18.4) derart angeordnet ist, daß die Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) auf den Führungselementen (12.1, ... 12.4) zu speichern und/oder zu führen sind,und daß das Beschlagmagazin wenigstens eine Einschraublinie zur Anordnung der Befestigungsausnehmungen der Beschlagkörper, die in wenigstens einem Leitführungsabstand zu einem Führungselement liegt, aufweist. - Beschlagmagazin nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungslenkgruppe zwei in einem Führungslenkabstand (13.1, 13.2, 13.3) beabstandete Führungselemente (12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4) aufweist.
- Beschlagmagazin nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente als Leitschienenkörper (12.1, ... 12.4) mit einer Schienenhöhe (17.1, ... 17.4) ausgebildet sind.
- Beschlagmagazin nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Leitschienenkörper (12.1, ... 12.4) mit einer gleichen Schienenhöhe (17.1, ... 17.4) ausgebildet sind. unddaß die Schienenhöhe (17.1, ... 17.4) so hoch ist, daß wenigstens eines der Beschlagteile (2; ... 7) mit seinen tiefsten Führungsnuten (22; 23; ... 72, 73) zwischen dem Magazinbasiselement (11) und dem Andrückelement (18.1, ... 18.4) zu führen ist.
- Beschlagmagazin nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazinbasiselement ein Magazingrundplattenkörper (11) ist, auf demein erster und ein zweiter Leitschienenkörper (12.1, 12.2) in einem ersten Schienenabstand (13.1) als Führungslenkabstand,ein dritter Leitschienenkörper (12.3) in einem zweiten Schienenabstand (13.2) zum zweiten Leitschienenkörper (12.2) als Führungslenkabstand, undein vierter Leitschienenkörper (12.4) in einem dritten Schienenabstand (13.4) zum dritten Leitschienenkörper (12.3) als Führungslenkabstand angeordnet sind,wobei jeweils ein benachbartes Paar zweier Leitschienenkörper eine Führungslenkgruppe bilden.
- Beschlagmagazin nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der dritte Schienenabstand (13.1, 13.3) gleich sind.
- Beschlagmagazin nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andrückelement ein Andrückschienenkörper (18.1, ... 18.4) ist, wobei vorzugsweise über dem ersten Gleitschienenkörper (12.1) ein erster Andrückschienenkörper (18.1), über dem zweiten Leitschienenkörper (12.2) ein zweiter Andrückschienenkörper (18.2), über dem dritten Leitschienenkörper (12.3) ein dritter Andrückschienenkörper (18.3) und über dem vierten Leitschienenkörper (12.4) ein vierter Andrückschienenkörper (18.4) angeordnet ist.
- Beschiagmagazin nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitschienenkörper (12.1, ... 12.4) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Beschlagmagazin nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazingrundplatte (11), die Leitschienenkörper (12.1, ... 12.4) und/oder die Andrückschienenkörper (18.1, ... 18.4) aus Metall, Kunststoff und/oder wenigstens teilweise mit Kunststoff beschichteten Metall hergestellt sind.
- Verfahren zur automatenunterstützten Montage von Beschlagteilen eines Rahmen-Beschlag-Systems nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 mit einem Beschlagmagazin nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, an einem Türrahmen oder Fensterrahmen (101), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die Beschlagteile (2; ...; 7) nach folgenden Speicherkriterien in das Beschlagmagazin (1) eingeschoben werdena1) Beschlagteilentnahmefolge,a2) Zuordnung wenigstens einer Befestigungsausnehmung (25, 26; ...; 75, 76) zu wenigstens einer Einschraublinie (14.1, 14.2, 14.3) des genannten Beschlagmagazins (1) undb) die Beschlagteile mittels eines Montageautomaten (19) nach den Speicherkriterien aus dem Beschlagmagazin herausgenommen und an dem Rahmen befestigt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschläge (2; ...; 7) mittels des Montageautomaten (19) nach den Speicherkriterien in das Beschlagmagazin eingeschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschlagteile (2; ...; 17) nach Führungslenkgruppen des Beschlagmagazins (1) gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus der Montagefolge der Beschlagteile und deren Speicherung und Verarbeitung nach den Führungs- und Lenkgruppen des Beschlagmagazins (1) der Montagebeginn und das Montageende eines Rahmens ermittelt werden.
