Abstract
Description
Diese Mehrschichtlackierung von Automobilen besteht im allgemeinen aus insgesamt vier voneinander unterschiedlichen Schichten (Electrocoatschicht, Füllerschicht, Basislackschicht und Klarlackschicht).
Dabei ist es die Aufgabe der Basislackschicht, der Karosserie die gewünschte Farbe zu verleihen und eine genau definierte Haftung auf der Füllerschicht bereitzustellen. Letztere Eigenschaft ist besonders wichtig für die Steinschlagfestigkeit eines Autolacks.
Vorteilhaft ist bei der Verwendung eines farbgebenden Lacks auf Wasserbais eine kurze Zwischentrocknung (z.B. 5 Minuten lang bei 60 °C) vor Auftragung des unpigmentierten Softfeeling-Lacks.
Unter dem Begriff "unpigruentiert" werden solche Lacke oder Beschichtungen verstanden, die keine farbgebenden Pigmente enthalten. Unter den Begriff
Im allgemeinen gilt, daß der Softfeeling-Effekt umso deutlicher wird, je dicker die Trockenschichtdicke ist.
Dann werden zu der Mischung 100 g eines handelsüblichen Verdickers (Viscalex® HV 30 Paste 3 %) und 60,0 g vollentsalztes Wasser hinzugegeben. Anschließend werden 40 g einer handelsüblichen Polyurethandispersion (Bayhydrol® 2952 E) unter Rühren hinzugegeben.
Der so hergestellte Basislack wird mit Amietol® M21 auf einen pH-Wert von 8 und die Viskosität durch Zugabe von vollentsalztem Wasser auf 35 Sekunden bei 20 °C, gemessen mit einem DIN-B4-Becher, eingestellt.
Als Härter für diese Mischung wird eine 75 %ige Lösung eines handelsüblichen Polyisocyanats (Bayhydur® 3100) in Solventnahptha leicht verwendet.
Die Abriebsbeständigkeit wird mit einem Crockmeter mit einem Leinentuch ohne Belastung sowohl trocken als auch mit Ethanol untersucht.
Die Pflegemittelbeständigkeit wird nach der Mercedes Benz-Spezifikation DBL 7384 untersucht, demnach verschiedene Prüflösungen (Plastikreiniger, Teerentferner Scheibenreiniger, Fleckenentferner) auf einen quadratischen Filz (von der Firma Empa, St. Gallen, Schweiz) mit einer Fläche von 2,25 cm2 aufgebracht. Der so gut durchtränkte Filz wird unter einer Masse von 332 g auf der Prüffläche mittels einer Vorrichtung hin-und herbewegt (Prüfstrecke: 30 bis 50 mm). Dabei sollen in 2 Minuten 170 Doppelhübe absolviert werden. Danach werden die Prüflösungen mit vollentsalztem Wasser abgespült. Die verbleibende Oberfläche wird beurteilt.

Claims (7)
- Mehrschichtlackierung, bestehend aus einer auf einem Substrat befindlichen farbgebenden ersten Schicht und einer weiteren, über der ersten Schicht befindlichen, unpigmentierten zweiten Schicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schicht ganz oder teilweise aus einem unpigmentierten Softfeelinglack erhältlich ist.
- Mehrschichtlackierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schicht aus einem pigmentierten Lack auf Wasserbasis erhältlich ist.
- Mehrschichtlackierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schicht aus einem 2-Komponenten Lack erhältlich ist.
- Mehrschichtlackierung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schicht ein Bindemittel auf Polyester/Polyurethan-Basis enthält.
- Mehrschichtlackierung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schicht zusätzlich ein Mattierungsmittel enthält.
- Mehrschichtlackierung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat eine Kunststoffoberfläche ist.
- Verwendung einer Mehrschichtlackierung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche für die Innenraumausstattung von Automobilkarosserien.
