Claims (8)
- Haftkörper, insbesondere zum Herstellen einer Verbindung mit einem Schaumstoff-Formkörper(10) während des Formvorganges mittels Schaummaterial mit einzelnen, auf einem Trägerband (16) angeordneten Haftelementen (14), die zur Vermeidung des Eindringens von Schaummaterial mit einem flächenartigen Abdeckmittel (18) nach außen hin abgedeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckmittel (18) ein Klebstoffmittel ist, das auf den Stirnseiten der Haftelemente (14) klebend aufliegt und von diesen unter Freilegen der Haftelemente (14) wieder entfernbar ist.
- Haftkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmittel auswählbar ist unter den Schmelzhaftklebstoffen, den Dispersionshaftklebstoffen, vorzugsweise auf wässriger Phenolharzbasis, oder unter den Klebstoffen auf Acrylatbasis.
- Haftkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Abdeckmittel (18) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trägerbandes (16) ein Schlingenmaterial (22), vorzugsweise aus Baumwolle, vorhanden ist, das eine feste Verbindung mit dem Schaummaterial gewährleistet.
- Haftkörper nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlingenmaterial (22) auf einem Flachband (24) angeordnet ist, das Teil des Trägerbandes (16) oder mit diesem verbindbar ist.
- Haftkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Abdeckmittel (18) und den Haftelementen (14) teilweise ein nichtklebendes Abdeckmaterial, insbesondere in Form eines nichtklebenden Streifens (50), angeordnet ist.
- Haftkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebstoffmittel ein aufwalzbares Klebeband ausbildet, das auf seiner den Haftelementen (14) abgewandten Außenseite mit einer entfernbaren Magnetfolie (30) oder einer Abdeckschicht mit magnetisierbaren Partikeln, wie Eisenpartikeln, versehen ist oder eine silikonisierte Abdeckschicht (48) aufweist.
- Haftkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftelemente (14) aus stengelartigen Verdickungen auf dem Trägerband (10) gebildet sind, die stirnseitig abgeflacht sind oder konkave Vertiefungen aufweisen.
- Haftkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckmittel (18) zum erleichterten Abziehen mit einer Handhabe (52) versehen ist.
