Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Heizeinrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Eine solche Heizeinrichtung ist z.B. aus dem Dokument US 5 335 628 bekannt.
Bei bekannten derartigen Heizeinrichtungen sind getrennte, in separaten Gehäusen angeordnete Geräte, eben eine Brennstoffzellenanordnung und ein Zusatzbrenner mit separatem Wärmetauscher, vorgesehen, wobei gegebenenfalls die Abgase der Brennstoffzellenanordnung über einen separaten Wärmetauscher geführt werden.
Dabei ergibt sich der Nachteil eines erheblichen konstruktiven Aufwandes.
Ziel der Erfindung ist es, diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden und eine Heizeinrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art vorzuschlagen, die sich durch einen sehr einfachen Aufbau auszeichnet.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einer Heizeinrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 erreicht.
Durch die vorgeschlagene Anordnung im Gehäuse, bzw. der Unterdruckkammer und die gewählte Luftführung kann im Falle eines Fehlers, z.B. bei einem CO-Austritt aus dem Reformer der Brennstoffzelle, sichergestellt werden, daß keine gefährlichen Gase, bzw. Abgase in den Aufstellungsraum gelangen können. Außerdem ist durch die Anordnung der Rückschlagklappe in der vom zum Zusatzbrenner führenden Abgasleitung durchsetzten Trennwand sichergestellt, daß bei außer Betrieb befindlichem Zusatzbrenner auch unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen keine Abgase über den Zusatzbrenner in die Zuluftleitung der Brennstoffzellenanordnung gelangen können. So läßt die Rückschlagklappe nur eine Durchströmung in Richtung zum Zusatzbrenner zu, nicht aber in der Gegenrichtung.
Bei außer Betrieb befindlicher Brennstoffzellenanordnung besteht aufgrund ihres hohen Durchströmungswiderstandes Gefahr einer Durchströmung von deren Abgasseite zur Frischluftseite praktisch nicht, wobei überdies die Brennstoffzellenanordnungen meist mit einer geräteinternen Rückschlagklappe versehen sind, die eine solche Durchströmung ohnehin verhindert.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es besonders günstig die Merkmale des Anspruches 2 vorzusehen.
Durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 3 kann anfallendes Kondensat sicher abgeleitet werden.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen die Fig. 1 und 2 zwei verschiedene Ausführungsformen einer Verzweigung der zu der Brennstoffzellenanodnung bzw. dem Zusatzbrenner führenden kombinierten Zuluft-Abgasleitungen.
Die zur Führung der gesamten Abgase 3 und der gesamten Zuluft 4 vorgesehene kombinierte Zuluft- Abgasleitung 10, 17 ist an einem Sammler 16 angeschlossen, von dem kombinierte Zuluft-Abgasleitungen, 9, 15; bzw. 7, 8 zu einem Zusatzbrenner, bzw. einer Brennstoffzellenanrodnung führen, die beide nicht dargestellt und in einem im wesentlichen luftdichten Gehäuse angeordnet sind.
Dabei führt die Leitung 15 die Frischluft 5 zum Zusatzbrenner und die Leitung 9 das entstandene Abgas 1 des Zusatzbrenners von diesem zum Sammler 16. Weiter führt die Leitung 7 die Frischluft 8 zur Brennstoffzellenanordnung und die Leitung 8 das von dieser stammende Abgas 2 zum Sammler 16.
Im Sammler 16 ist eine von der Abgasleitung 9 durchsetzte Trennwand 18 angeordnet, in der eine Rückschlagklappe 14 angeordnet ist. Diese Rückschlagklappe 14 erlaubt eine Strömung der Frischluft in Richtung des Pfeiles 13, nicht aber entgegen dieser Strömungsrichtung.
Im Bereich des Sammlers 16 sind die Abgasleitungen 8, 9 miteinander und mit der Abgasleitung 10 verbunden. Dabei ist im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle ein Kondensatablauf 12 mit einem Syphon 11 vorgesehen.
Die beiden Ausführungsformen nach den Fig. 1 und 2 unterscheiden sich dadurch, daß bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig. 1 die Rückschlagklappe 14 in einem horizontal verlaufenden Abschnitt der Trennwand 18 angeordnet und daher durch Schwerkraft gegen die geschlossene Stellung vorgespannt ist.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig. 2 ist die Rückschlagklappe 14 in einem vertikal verlaufenden Bereich der Trennwand 18 angeordnet. In diesem Fall ist es zweckmäßig die Rückschlagklappe 14 mit einer Feder gegen die geschlossene Stellung vorzuspannen.

Claims (3)

  1. Heizeinrichtung mit einer Brennstoffzellenanordnung und einem zu dieser im wesentlichen parallel geschalteten Zusatzbrenner, die beide von je einem Gebläse unterstützt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennstoffzellenanordnung und der Zusatzbrenner in einem gemeinsamen oder auch in zwei separaten, als Unterdruckkammer(n) ausgebildeten Gehäuse(n) angeordnet sind, das mit einer gemeinsamen kombinierten Verbrennungsluft-Abgasleitung (10, 17) versehen ist und die Luft- und Abgasleitungen (9, 15; 7, 8) des Zusatzbrenners und der Brennstoffzellenanordnung über einen gemeinsamen mit der Verbrennungsluft- Abgasleitung (10, 17) in Verbindung stehenden Sammler (16) geführt sind, in dem die Abgasleitungen (9; 8) des Zusatzbrenners und der Brennstoffzellenanordnung zusammengeführt sind und die zum Zusatzbrenner führende Luftleitung (15) über eine von der Abgasleitung (9) durchsetzten Trennwand (18) angeordnete Rückschlagklappe (14) mit der Verbrennungsluftleitung (17) verbunden ist.
  2. Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch in der Luftleitung (7) zu der Brennstoffzellenanordnung eine Rückschlagklappe angeordnet ist.
  3. Heizeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Sammler (16) ein Kondensatablauf (12) angeschlossen ist.
