Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention relates to a trampoline system, often also simply called trampoline track, according to the Preamble of claim 1 and finds especially for mobile use application.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Trampoline systems are known that consist of several Assemblies exist and for which sideways from one or more of a stationary center bar Trampolines to a so-called jumping facility are built up. This trampoline facility is surrounded of a multi-part frame, whereby between the individually attachable posts of this frame Grids or grids are arranged that one Form a protective fence. The assembly or disassembly time of this Trampoline installation takes at least 4 to 6 hours.

This extensive assembly and disassembly time is before especially disadvantageous if the Trampoline system for small or Day events should be used. Also for longer events, this is a hindrance if, for example, when there is an emerging bad weather which is usually outdoors standing trampoline system suddenly and quickly must be dismantled.

Furthermore, a single trampoline track is known from DE 195 35 693 A1, which is preferably of limited mobility, preferably used in halls. This collapsible trampoline track is set up or dismantled by means of an auxiliary device, this auxiliary device not being permanently connected to the trampoline track, but rather having to be moved to the side during sports operation.
For a change to a building outside the current location (hall), this auxiliary device together with the folded trampoline track cannot be attached directly to a motor vehicle, but must be loaded onto a means of transport, e.g. via a loading ramp, to extend it in some cases Manage transport routes between storage and place of use. This aforementioned trampoline track is also not intended for the formation of a trampoline system and is therefore not designed accordingly.

Aufgabenstellungtask

It is therefore an object of the invention to generic trampoline system to find which the disadvantages of the prior art described no longer has, in particular is very mobile and short assembly and dismantling times.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The task is performed using a trampoline system the features of claim 1, in particular by the characteristics of the characteristic part, completely solved. The subordinate Claims 2 to 14 disclose further developments and advantageous embodiment of the inventive Basic idea.

It is essential, among other things, to use a mobile base body, preferably a chassis approved for road use, as part of an auxiliary device. Because of the arrangement of the other parts of the auxiliary device on this mobile base body, trampolines can also be arranged on both sides of its axis of symmetry or transversely thereto. In general, this new type of auxiliary device can always be moved on the road and at a higher speed. Another advantage is that the mobile base body does not have to be moved away from the trampolines. The other parts of the auxiliary device can either be fixedly arranged on the loading surface of the mobile base body, or can be detachably arranged there.
These further parts of the auxiliary device preferably consist of two masts which are at a slightly greater distance from one another than the trampolines in their folded state take up width, with these masts having at least one winch, deflecting rollers and traction means which are located at articulation points of the frame of the Trampolines are guided.
At least on the side of the frame that is remote from the mobile body and the most distant from the latter there is at least one floor support for the same. These floor supports are preferably adjustable in height so that unevenness in the terrain can be compensated for and the trampolines (jumping mats or jumping mats) are aligned exactly horizontally.

At the top of the frame of each trampoline erectable, net-covered, net frames are provided, which form a protective fence when erected. The net frames can be folded down to transport the trampoline system to the jumping mat. There is a special feature for the net frame on the head side that faces away from the mobile base body. This preferably has at least one clamping tab at its lower end. The floor supports that can be swiveled in and out also have a corresponding clamping tab.
After the head-side net frame is set up, the floor supports are brought into their vertical position. The clamps on the floor supports now press against the clamps on the head-side net frame. This gives the head-end network frame increased stability.

A further development of the invention consists in a mobile support which engages at the head end of the frame. This support is used when the head end of the frame of each trampoline moves during assembly or disassembly of the trampoline substantially parallel to the base and the floor supports are not or no longer in their vertical position; the traction pulleys and the winch (s) are less stressed and the mobile base body with the relatively wide cantilever trampolines is prevented from tipping. This mobile support is preferably articulated on the frame and has at least two bottom rollers arranged one behind the other.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention also provides that this support is optionally removably arranged on the frame in a simple manner, for example by means of a bolt plug connection.

Are in a further special embodiment especially on the side frame parts sleeves provided in the additional floor supports 11a Are insertable. This is especially then beneficial and occurs when with an extreme Stresses of the respective trampoline are calculated becomes.

Another extension of the invention provides that the mobile support is given a very special configuration. The wheeled mobile support is equipped with a lifting device. After inserting a part of the lifting device into a frame part of the frame of the trampoline, advantageously into a sleeve, the trampoline body (frame) can be raised or lowered by actuating said lifting device, so that the pivoting in and out of the floor supports is made considerably easier.
Another advantage of this special mobile support is that it can be used not only when assembling and dismantling the trampolines belonging to a trampoline system, but also for stand-alone trampolines that have a frame part on their frame into which an axis is shaped a bolt can be inserted.

At the top of the frame 3 are mesh frames 21 and 22 articulated. To the net frame 21, 22 there are nets 13. At the right end (= head end) of the frame of the trampoline 1 at least one floor support 11 on the outer Frame part 3b arranged, preferably two Floor supports 11 as shown in FIG. 4. If the Trampoline system 1 is to be folded, are the side mesh frame 21 on the, Jumping mat 2 not shown in FIG. 1 folded down together with the frame 3. Only after that will the head-side net frame 22 towards the jumping mat 2 swirled.

FIG. 2 gives a supplementary picture to FIG. 1. Between the frame 3 and the jumping mat 2 there are tension springs 14. It goes without saying that two jumping mats 2 can also be arranged in the frame 3. In this case, tension springs 14 would also be required along the connecting line between the articulation points 18 '. 1.
It can also be seen in FIG. 2 that two masts 8 are present. The use of two masts 8 and two traction means 17 arranged on both sides of the frame 3 prevents the frame 3 from twisting when the trampolines 1 of the trampoline system TA are set up or taken down.
FIG. 2 also shows that the floor supports 11 are preferably located in the outer corner points of the frame 3. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the trampolines 1 on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the mobile base body 4; this is made clear by the spatial assignment of the towing jaw 7.

Figur 6).Between the two inner frame parts 3c the middle aisle is located on the loading area 6 30. At least one of the two provided here Mast 8 has between its two side, unspecified post, a door 39, the the inlet and outlet of the installed trampoline system TA forms (see Figure 6).

According to FIG. 3, the net frame 22 is held on the frame 3 by means of a joint 25 and can be folded over to the left, ie towards the jumping mat 2.
The floor support 11 is fastened to the same frame 3 by means of the joint 26 and can also be pivoted in this direction, but from below.
There is also a clamping tab 23 on both sides of the net frame 22. Clamping tabs 24 corresponding to the clamping tab 23 are arranged on the floor supports 11. As a result of this arrangement, an extended floor support 11 presses with its clamping tab 24 onto the clamping tab 23 of the net frame 22, whereby the net frame 22 is additionally stabilized in the opened position and the joint 25 is relieved.

Der Doppelpfeil veranschaulicht die Einstellmöglichkeit der Bodenstütze 11.The Height adjustment of the floor support 11 compared the foot 29. The double arrow illustrates the Adjustment of the floor support 11.

Another extension of the invention is in the Figure 4 shown. In the middle of the outer Frame part 3b of the frame 3, so on the head side End of trampoline 1 is a mobile support 12 attached by means of a joint 20. The mobile Support 12 runs on two, in this figure successive rollers 28. These two rollers 28 are required because otherwise, because of the joint 20 and the Pivotal movement of the frame 3, this support 12 when Assembling and dismantling the respective trampoline 1 would tip over. For the geometric clarification compared to Figure 3 are again in Figure 4 the net frame 22, the clamping tabs 23, 24 and the Welds 15 shown.

A special embodiment of the movable support 12 is shown in FIGS. 5 and 5a and is designated 31 there. This special support 31 consists of a base body, which consists of an upside-down T-shaped body, a wheeled beam 32 and a post 33 which strives upwards therefrom. A lifting element 34 with its shaft 35 is rotatably mounted in the post 33. This shaft 35 is formed at one of its ends for fastening a hand crank 38 and is cranked towards the other end, so that a web 36 and an axis 37 are formed. The axis 37 is bolt-shaped, for the temporary insertion into a sleeve 27 provided on the frame of the trampoline 1. During the phase of the construction of the trampoline system TA, for example, after the respective trampoline 1 has been pivoted out, this special support 31 is used instead of the mobile support 12 is inserted into a sleeve 27 provided on the outer frame 3, 3b with the bolt-like axis 37. For the pivoting out of the supports 11, the hand crank 38 of the special support 31 is brought into the position P1, so that the frame 3 / 3b of the trampoline 1 is raised to such an extent that the supports 11 can be pivoted out and positioned unhindered.
The hand crank 38 of the special support 31 is then moved into the position P2. During this movement from the position P1 to the position P2, the frame 3 / 3b of the trampoline 1 is lowered in the direction of the standing surface 19 until the floor supports 11 touch the latter 19. The axis 37 of the special support 31 can then be easily pulled out of the sleeve 27.
For the subsequent attachment of the floor support 11a to one of the side frame parts 3a of the frame 3, the axis 37 of the special support 31 is inserted from one side into the respective sleeve 27, into which 27 the floor support 11a is then inserted from the other side. By actuating the hand crank 38 from the position P1 to the position P2 or from the position P2 to the position P1, the relevant frame part of the relevant frame is raised or lowered, so that the optionally attachable floor support 11a can be easily inserted or removed again ,
5a shows a detail from FIG. 5 in a sectional illustration, the arrangement of the shaft 35 in the post 33 and the attached crank handle 38.

Another possible variant of the formation of a trampoline system TA is shown in FIG. Two trampolines 1 are arranged next to each other on the sides of the movable base body 4, so that a so-called "4-person system" is created. In this exemplary embodiment, the trampolines 1 are each provided with a net frame 22 or 21 only on their outer frame part 3b and on one of the side frame parts 3a, so that no net frame 21 is arranged on the adjoining side frame parts 3a of the two adjacent trampolines 1.
Such a trampoline system is not limited to a "4-person system" shown in FIG. 6, but can also include six, eight or further trampolines. The trampolines 1 can be arranged on both sides or only on one side of the auxiliary device 16 on the mobile base body 4.
