Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trampolin-Anlage, oft
auch einfach Trampolin-Bahn genannt, gemäß dem
Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 und findet
insbesondere für den mobilen Einsatz Anwendung. The invention relates to a trampoline system, often
also simply called trampoline track, according to the
Preamble of
Trampoline systems are known that consist of several Assemblies exist and for which sideways from one or more of a stationary center bar Trampolines to a so-called jumping facility are built up. This trampoline facility is surrounded of a multi-part frame, whereby between the individually attachable posts of this frame Grids or grids are arranged that one Form a protective fence. The assembly or disassembly time of this Trampoline installation takes at least 4 to 6 hours.
This extensive assembly and disassembly time is before especially disadvantageous if the Trampoline system for small or Day events should be used. Also for longer events, this is a hindrance if, for example, when there is an emerging bad weather which is usually outdoors standing trampoline system suddenly and quickly must be dismantled.
Weiterhin ist eine einzelne Trampolin-Bahn aus der
DE 195 35 693 A1 bekannt die, vorzugsweise in
Hallen eingesetzt, eingeschränkt mobil ist. Mittels
einer Hilfsvorrichtung wird diese zusammenklappbare
Trampolin-Bahn auf- bzw. abgebaut, wobei diese
Hilfsvorrichtung nicht dauernd mit der Trampolin-Bahn
verbunden, sondern beim Sportbetrieb an die
Seite zu fahren ist.
Für einen Wechsel zu einem außerhalb des
derzeitigen Standortes liegendem Gebäude (Halle),
kann diese Hilfsvorrichtung mitsamt der
eingeklappten Trampolin-Bahn nicht direkt an einem
KFZ angehängt werden, sondern muß, z.B. über eine
Laderampe, auf ein Transportmittel verladen werden,
um die teils weiten Transportwege zwischen
Aufbewahrungs- und Einsatzort zu bewältigen.
Diese vorgenannte Trampolin-Bahn ist zudem nicht
für die Bildung einer Trampolin-Anlage gedacht und
daher auch nicht dementsprechend gestaltet.Furthermore, a single trampoline track is known from DE 195 35 693 A1, which is preferably of limited mobility, preferably used in halls. This collapsible trampoline track is set up or dismantled by means of an auxiliary device, this auxiliary device not being permanently connected to the trampoline track, but rather having to be moved to the side during sports operation.
For a change to a building outside the current location (hall), this auxiliary device together with the folded trampoline track cannot be attached directly to a motor vehicle, but must be loaded onto a means of transport, e.g. via a loading ramp, to extend it in some cases Manage transport routes between storage and place of use. This aforementioned trampoline track is also not intended for the formation of a trampoline system and is therefore not designed accordingly.
It is therefore an object of the invention to generic trampoline system to find which the disadvantages of the prior art described no longer has, in particular is very mobile and short assembly and dismantling times.
Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Trampolin-Anlage mit
den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1, insbesondere
durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teiles,
vollständig gelöst. Die nachgeordneten
Patentansprüche 2 bis 14 offenbaren Weiterbildungen
und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des erfinderischen
Grundgedankens. The task is performed using a trampoline system
the features of
Wesentlich ist unter anderem die Verwendung eines
fahrbaren Grundkörpers, vorzugsweise eines für den
Straßenbereich zugelassenen Fahrgestells, als Teil
einer Hilfsvorrichtung. Wegen der Anordnung der
weiteren Teile der Hilfsvorrichtung auf diesem
fahrbarem Grundkörper können auch zu beiden Seiten
seiner Symmetrieachse oder quer dazu Trampoline
angeordnet werden. Generell ist diese neuartige
Hilfsvorrichtung grundsätzlich auf der Straße und
mit einer höheren Geschwindigkeit zu bewegen. Ein
weiterer Vorteil ist zudem, daß der fahrbare
Grundkörper nicht von den aufgebauten Trampolinen
weggefahren werden muß. Die weiteren Teile der
Hilfsvorrichtung können, sowohl fest auf der
Ladefläche des fahrbaren Grundkörpers, als auch
dort wahlweise lösbar angeordnet sein.
Diese weiteren Teile der Hilfsvorrichtung bestehen
vorzugsweise aus zwei Masten, die in einem
geringfügig größeren Abstand zueinander stehen, als
die Trampoline in ihrem zusammengelegten Zustand an
Breite einnehmen, wobei sich an diesen Masten
mindestens eine Winde, Umlenkrollen und Zugmittel,
die an Gelenkpunkte des Rahmens der Trampoline
geführt werden, befinden.
Mindestens auf der dem fahrbaren Grundkörper
abgewandten und von letzterem entferntesten Seite
des Rahmlens befindet sich mindestens eine
Bodenstütze für denselben. Diese Bodenstützen sind
vorzugsweise höhenverstellbar, damit
Geländeunebenheiten ausgeglichen werden können und
somit die Trampoline (Sprungtuch bzw. Sprungtücher)
exakt waagerecht ausgerichtet sind.It is essential, among other things, to use a mobile base body, preferably a chassis approved for road use, as part of an auxiliary device. Because of the arrangement of the other parts of the auxiliary device on this mobile base body, trampolines can also be arranged on both sides of its axis of symmetry or transversely thereto. In general, this new type of auxiliary device can always be moved on the road and at a higher speed. Another advantage is that the mobile base body does not have to be moved away from the trampolines. The other parts of the auxiliary device can either be fixedly arranged on the loading surface of the mobile base body, or can be detachably arranged there.
These further parts of the auxiliary device preferably consist of two masts which are at a slightly greater distance from one another than the trampolines in their folded state take up width, with these masts having at least one winch, deflecting rollers and traction means which are located at articulation points of the frame of the Trampolines are guided.
At least on the side of the frame that is remote from the mobile body and the most distant from the latter there is at least one floor support for the same. These floor supports are preferably adjustable in height so that unevenness in the terrain can be compensated for and the trampolines (jumping mats or jumping mats) are aligned exactly horizontally.
bilden. Die Netzrahmen sind für den Transport der
Trampolin-Anlage zum Sprungtuch hin umklappbar.
Für den kopfseitigen Netzrahmen, der dem fahrbaren
Grundkörper abgewandt ist, gibt es eine
Besonderheit. Dieser besitzt vorzugsweise an seinem
unteren Ende mindestens eine Klemmlasche. Die ein-
bzw. ausschwenkbaren Bodenstützen weisen ebenfalls
eine korrespondierende Klemmlasche auf.
Nachdem der kopfseitige Netzrahmen aufgestellt ist,
werden die Bodenstützen in ihre senkrechte Position
gebracht. Die Klemmlaschen der Bodenstützen pressen
nun gegen die Klemmlaschen des kopfseitigen
Netzrahmens. Dadurch wird dem kopfseitigen
Netzrahmen eine erhöhte Stabilität gegeben. At the top of the frame of each trampoline erectable, net-covered, net frames are provided, which form a protective fence when erected. The net frames can be folded down to transport the trampoline system to the jumping mat. There is a special feature for the net frame on the head side that faces away from the mobile base body. This preferably has at least one clamping tab at its lower end. The floor supports that can be swiveled in and out also have a corresponding clamping tab.
After the head-side net frame is set up, the floor supports are brought into their vertical position. The clamps on the floor supports now press against the clamps on the head-side net frame. This gives the head-end network frame increased stability.
gehindert. Diese fahrbare Stütze ist vorzugsweise
gelenkig am Rahmen angeordnet und weist mindestens
zwei, hintereinander angeordnete, bodenseitige
A further development of the invention consists in a mobile support which engages at the head end of the frame. This support is used when the head end of the frame of each trampoline moves during assembly or disassembly of the trampoline substantially parallel to the base and the floor supports are not or no longer in their vertical position; the traction pulleys and the winch (s) are less stressed and the mobile base body with the relatively wide cantilever trampolines is prevented from tipping. This mobile support is preferably articulated on the frame and has at least two bottom rollers arranged one behind the other.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention also provides that this support is optionally removably arranged on the frame in a simple manner, for example by means of a bolt plug connection.
Are in a further special embodiment especially on the side frame parts sleeves provided in the additional floor supports 11a Are insertable. This is especially then beneficial and occurs when with an extreme Stresses of the respective trampoline are calculated becomes.
In einer anderen Weiterung der Erfindung ist
vorgesehen, dass die fahrbare Stütze eine ganz
spezielle Ausgestaltung erfährt. Die mit Rollen
versehene fahrbare Stütze ist mit einer
Hebeeinrichtung ausgestattet. Nach Einstecken eines
Teiles der Hebeeinrichtung in ein Rahmenteil des
Rahmens des Trampolins, vorteilhaft in eine Hülse,
kann der Trampolinkörper (Rahmen) durch Betätigung
besagter Hebeeinrichtung angehoben bzw. abgesetzt
einzeln stehende Trampoline, welche an ihren Rahmen
Another extension of the invention provides that the mobile support is given a very special configuration. The wheeled mobile support is equipped with a lifting device. After inserting a part of the lifting device into a frame part of the frame of the trampoline, advantageously into a sleeve, the trampoline body (frame) can be raised or lowered by actuating said lifting device, so that the pivoting in and out of the floor supports is made considerably easier.
Another advantage of this special mobile support is that it can be used not only when assembling and dismantling the trampolines belonging to a trampoline system, but also for stand-alone trampolines that have a frame part on their frame into which an axis is shaped a bolt can be inserted.

In der Figur 1 sind wesentliche Elemente einer
neuen Trampolin-Anlage TA zu sehen. Rechtsseitig
In FIG. 1, essential elements are one

Figur 4 gezeigt. In der Mitte des äußeren
Rahmenteiles 3b des Rahmens 3, also am kopfseitigen
Ende de Trampolins 1, ist eine fahrbare Stütze 12
mittels eines Gelenkes 20 befestigt. Die fahrbare
Stütze 12 läuft auf zwei, in dieser Figur
hintereinander befindlichen Laufrollen 28.
Another extension of the invention is in the

22 bzw. 21 versehen, so dass an den aneinander
anliegenden seitlichen Rahmenteilen 3a der zwei
benachbarten Trampoline 1 kein Netzrahmen 21
Another possible variant of the formation of a trampoline system TA is shown in FIG. Two
