Claims (11)

  1. Anordnung zum Verteilen und Einspritzen von Schlamm in die Abfallbeschickungsschurre eines Ofens zur gleichzeitigen Verbrennung von Schlamm und Abfall, wie etwa Hausmüll, vom Typ mit einem Speicher, in welchen der Schlamm über eine Pumpe eingeschoben wird, und mit zumindest einer Einspritzdüse zum Einspritzen von Schlamm in die Schurre, die am Speicher angeordnet ist, sowie mit Filtermitteln, die der Pumpe nachgelagert sind, um im Schlamm enthaltene Fremdkörper zurückzuhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzdüse (8) abnehmbar so im Speicher (7) gelagert ist, dass ein Einspritzdüsenteil (17) in den Speicher (7) hineinragt, und dass die Filtermittel (30) im Einspritzdüsenteil (17) eingegliedert sind, der in den Speicher (7) hineinragt.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (17) der Einspritzdüse den Speicher (7) quer durchsetzt, indem er durch geeignete Fenster (15, 21) hindurchtritt, die in der Seitenwand des Speichers ausgeführt sind, während der vordere Teil (18) der Einspritzdüse in die Beschickungsschurre (2) mündet.
  3. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Einspritzdüse (8) eingegliederten Filtermittel in Form zumindest eines Spalts oder Langlochs (30) ausgebildet sind, der bzw. das in der Seitenwand des Einspritzdüsenteils (17) ausgeführt ist, der in den Speicher (7) hineinragt.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Speicher (7) über eine Stutzenvorrichtung (9) mit der Schurre (2) verbunden ist, durch die der vordere Teil (18) der Einspritzdüse (8) dringt.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzdüse (8) über eine Rückzugsbewegung der Einspritzdüse durch den Speicher (7) hindurch abmontierbar ist.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzdüse (8) über eine Schnelldemontagevorrichtung (27) am Speicher (7) befestigt ist.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung um das von der Schurre (2) entfernt liegende Fenster (21) zum Durchtritt der Einspritzdüse (8) herum einen radial vorstehenden Stutzen (25) enthält, an dem das hintere Ende (22) der Einspritzdüse über eine Schnelldemontagevorrichtung (27) abnehmbar befestigt ist.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzdüse (8) an ihrem hinteren Ende (22) einen radial vorstehenden Vollflansch (23) und einen Schnelldemontagebund (27) enthält, wodurch die feste Anbindung des Flansches (23) an der freien Stirnseite des Stutzens (25) gewährleistet ist.
  9. Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auszugslasche (24) an der äußeren freien Stirnseite des Flansches (23) befestigt ist.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspritzdüse (8) mit einem Führungs- und Dichtring (29) im Bereich des Fensters (15) zum Durchtritt der Einspritzdüse (8) versehen ist, der sich auf der Seite der Schurre (2) befindet.
  11. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (9) zum Befestigen des Speichers (7) an der Schurre (2) aus zwei Teilen besteht (10, 11), die fest mit dem Speicher (7) bzw. mit der Schurre (2) verbunden und über Flansche (12, 13) zusammengefügt sind, die an den freien Enden den beiden Teilen gegenüberliegend vorgesehen sind.
