Description

The invention relates to a distribution arrangement and of sludge injection into the feed chute waste from a co-incineration furnace for sludge and waste such as household waste, of the type comprising a collector in which the sludge is pushed by a pump and at least one sludge injector in the chute, installed on the collector, as well as filtering means located downstream of the pump for retain foreign bodies contained in the sludge.

In the distribution and injection arrangements of sludge, of this type, which are known, the means of filtration are formed by a filter placed at the outlet of pump and thus being in the part of the circuit where the pressure is the strongest. This pressure is the order of 50 bars but can reach 100 bars or more. Therefore the filter is robust and large and so heavy because it is mounted in the collector having a diameter greater than 100 mm, see 200 mm.

The known arrangements (for example FR-A-2700605) have the major disadvantage that the disassembly of the filter for cleaning is difficult.

The present invention aims to propose a distribution and injection arrangement of sludge, type indicated above, which overcomes the disadvantages have just been stated.

To achieve this goal, the injector is mounted removably in the manifold so that an injector part engaged in the collector and that the means filter elements are incorporated into the injector part which is engaged in the collector.

Cet agencement est montré plus en détail sur la figure 2.Figure 1 shows a co-incineration furnace installation sludge and garbage such as garbage housewives, which is equipped with a distribution arrangement and sludge injection into the furnace, according to this invention. References 3, 1, 2 designate respectively the furnace combustion chamber, a waste hopper and a chute that bring the waste poured into hopper 1 into the chamber 3. The distribution arrangement and the sludge injection indicated in 4 is arranged so that ability to inject sludge into the chute. This arrangement is shown in more detail in FIG.

According to this figure, the distribution arrangement and injection of sludge in the chute 2 whose shirt of water is indicated in 5 essentially comprises a manifold 7 in which are pushed the sludge by a pump not shown and a number of injectors sludge 8 which is mounted on the collector and whose only one is represented.

The collector 7 of circular cross section in the example shown is attached to the chute 2 by through a tubular sleeve 9 made of two parts 10 and 11 respectively integral with the manifold 7 and chute 2 and assembled using flanges 12 and 13 at the ends opposite the two parts of cuff. The part of 10 cuff solidarity the collector 7 is radially outwardly projecting of it and is coaxial to a circular window 15 practiced in the wall of the collector.

The injector 8 is made in the form of a tubular body whose rear part 17 crosses diametrically the manifold 7 and whose front portion 18 is coaxial with the cuff 9 and opens in 19 in the chute 2. In traversing diametrically the manifold 7, the injector goes through window 15 and through another window 21 also made in the cylindrical wall of the collector 7, diametrically opposite the window 15. The rear end 22 of the tubular body 17 of the injector, which projects radially from the collector 7 towards the outside is closed by a full flange 23 which has a paw on its outer front 24. The protruding portion 22 is coaxially engaged in a support cuff 25 which is fixed on the outside of the collector 7 surrounding the window 21.

The injector is attached to the collector 7 by means of a fast disassembly device, made in the example shown as a quick disassembly collar 27 which, in its fixing position, holds the flange full 23 in a position against the face front of the cuff 25. On the other hand, to maintain the injector in a correct coaxial position in the manifold and collector fixing sleeve 9 on the chute 2 and ensure the seal between the injector and the collector 7, the cylindrical body 17 of the injector is provided with a guide ring and sealing 29 which is provided at the window 15.

According to the present invention, the rear part 17 of the injector 8, which is engaged diametrically in the manifold 7 is provided with one or more slots or axial lumen 30 which serves as a filter screen. In the example shown, the length of the slot 30 is somewhat smaller than the diameter of the collector.

The passing surface of the filter of each injector is important. By way of example, for an injector with a diameter of 30 mm and a section of 7 cm 2 , the surface can be 20 cm × 1.5 cm × 2 = 60 cm 2 , or 8.5 times the cross-section. the injector for two slots.

It follows from the foregoing description that each injector has its own filter element formed by the (or) slot 30 and is easily removable in undoing the quick release collar 27 and then withdrawing from the collector using the tab 24.

Since the weight of each injector is small, for example of the order of 5 kg, disassembly is easy. The foreign body retention volume is great since constituted by the collector which measures 200 mm in diameter and is 2 to 6 m long.
