Claims (11)
- Agencement de répartition et d'injection de boues dans la goulotte d'alimentation en déchets d'un four de co-incinération de boues et de déchets tels que des ordures ménagères, du type comprenant un collecteur dans lequel les boues sont poussées par une pompe et au moins un injecteur des boues dans la goulotte, installé sur le collecteur, ainsi que des moyens de filtration situés en aval de la pompe pour retenir des corps étrangers contenus dans les boues, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (8) est monté amoviblement dans le collecteur (7) de façon qu'une partie d'injecteur (17) soit engagée dans le collecteur (7) et en ce que les moyens de filtation (30) sont incorporés à la partie d'injecteur (17) qui est engagée dans le collecteur (7).
- Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie arrière (17) de l'injecteur traverse le collecteur (7) transversalement en passant à travers des fenêtres (15, 21) appropriées pratiquées dans la paroi latérale du collecteur tandis que la partie avant (18) de l'injecteur débouche dans la goulotte d'alimentation (2).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de filtration incorporés à l'injecteur (8) sont réalisés sous forme d'au moins une fente ou lumière (30) pratiquée dans la paroi latérale de la partie d'injecteur (17) qui est engagée dans le collecteur (7).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le collecteur (7) est relié à la goulotte (2) par un dispositif de manchette (9) à travers laquelle passe la partie avant (18) de l'injecteur (8).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (8) peut être démonté par un mouvement de retrait de l'injecteur à travers le collecteur (7).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (8) est fixé sur le collecteur (7) par un dispositif à démontage rapide (27).
- Agencement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation comporte, autour de la fenêtre (21) de passage de l'injecteur (8), qui est située du côté éloigné de la goulotte (2) une manchette (25) radialement en saillie sur laquelle est amoviblement fixée par un dispositif à démontage rapide (27) l'extrémité arrière (22) de l'injecteur.
- Agencement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (8) comporte à son extrémité arrière (22) une bride pleine (23) radialement en saillie et un collier à démontage rapide (27) assurant la solidarisation de la bride (23) contre la face frontale libre de la manchette (25).
- Agencement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une patte d'extraction (24) est fixée sur la face frontale libre extérieure de la bride (23).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'injecteur (8) est pourvu d'une bague (29) de guidage et d'étanchéité au droit de la fenêtre de passage (15) de l'injecteur (8), située du côté de la goulotte (2).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la manchette (9) de fixation du collecteur (7) à la goulotte (2) se compose de deux parties (10, 11) solidaires respectivement du collecteur (7) et de la goulotte (2) et assemblées par des brides (12, 13) prévues aux extrémités libres en regard des deux parties.
