  • This invention refers to the improvements incorporated in wine barrel racks, which are used in large wine cellars to be precise. These improvements permit the accumulation of barrels, stably supported in horizontal position without them to withstand the weight of those arranged above them; as the load of each and every one of the barrels is transferred directly towards the floor via the structure defined by the racks. In other words, the barrels are only required to support their individual load.

Claims (5)

  1. Des améliorations au niveau des supports de barrique, en particulier au niveau des supports posés sur une structure de base en forme rectangulaire, en métal de préférence, conférant l'emplacement à deux barriques adjacentes latéralement, des poteaux s'élèvent aux sommets de la structure de base pour agir comme séparateurs dans l'amoncellement entre les supports, la caractéristique étant que ces emplacements pour chaque barrique (2) sont formés de quatre roues (7) montées par pivotement libre au bout des bras (6) respectifs, bien fixées sur la structure de base (1), de telle sorte que les roues (7) stabilisent non seulement les barriques (2) mais permettent également leur pivotement sur leurs propres axes grâce à un effort minimum.
  2. Des améliorations au niveau des supports de barrique selon la 1ère revendication, définies par le fait que les bras (6) mentionnés ci-dessus adoptent une position oblique, de préférence radiale, par rapport à la barrique correspondante (2), et ce pour un transfert optimal des efforts vers la structure de base (1).
  3. Des améliorations au niveau des supports de barrique selon la première revendication, définies par le fait que les axes (8) des roues (7) sont disposés parallèlement à la tangente imaginaire de la barrique en leur point de contact avec la roue.
  4. Des améliorations au niveau des supports de barrique selon la première revendication, définies par le fait que les roues (7) sont fabriquées en un matériau qui, d'une part, résiste à la charge de la barrique avec son contenu et, d'autre part, ne produit pas de marques sur la barrique (2) et ce, que la barrique se trouve dans une situation stable ou qu'elle soit soumise à un pivotement sur son propre axe.
  5. Des améliorations au niveau des supports de barrique selon la première revendication, définies par le fait que les poteaux (3) rejoignent la structure de base (1) grâce à des axes inclinables (9) permettant aux poteaux d'être rabattus sur la structure de base, dans la position à l'arrêt du support, sachant que l'inclinaison est limitée par le biais de butoirs pertinents, perpendiculaires aux poteaux (3).
