Claims (9)
- Procédé pour le craquage catalytique d'une charge d'alimentation riche en oléfines qui est sélectif envers les oléfines légères dans l'effluent, le procédé comprenant la mise en contact de la charge d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures contenant une ou plusieurs oléfines, avec un catalyseur de silicate cristallin de type MFI ayant un rapport atomique silicium/aluminium de 300 à 1000 à une température d'entrée de 500 à 600°C, à une pression partielle en oléfines de 0,1 à 2 bars et où on fait passer la charge d'alimentation sur le catalyseur à une LHSV de 10 à 30h-1, pour produire un effluent avec une teneur en oléfines à poids moléculaire inférieur à celui de la charge d'alimentation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, où le catalyseur a été préparé par cristallisation en utilisant un gabarit organique et n'a pas été soumis à un traitement ultérieur quelconque à la vapeur ou un procédé de désaluminisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, où le catalyseur comprend un catalyseur de type ZSM-5.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la charge d'alimentation comprend des hydrocarbures de C4 à C10.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où le procédé est sélectif envers le propylène dans l'effluent de sorte que l'effluent est riche en propylène.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, où le propylène comprend au moins 93% de composés C3 présents dans l'effluent.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, où le craquage catalytique a un rendement en propylène, calculé sur base oléfinique, de 30 à 50% basé sur la teneur en oléfines dans la charge d'alimentation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où le procédé de craquage catalytique rompt les oléfines dans la charge d'alimentation pour former des oléfines plus légères de sorte que les teneurs en oléfines en poids de la charge d'alimentation, et de l'effluent sont inférieures à plus ou moins 15% l'une de l'autre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la température d'entrée se situe entre 540 à 580°C.
