  • Atomisers of this kind are known from the European publication EP-A-525164. It turned out that the cleaning is not optimal and the production of noise is considerable. By having a separate cleaning system for the fluid nozzle and the gas nozzle it has been possible to reduce the noise and make the cleaning more effective. Therefore a movable needle is placed in the fluid supply tube and around the fluid supply tube a cleaning element that cleans the gas nozzle.
