Pour résoudre un tel problème, il a été conçu et mis au point un panneau de signalisation remarquable en ce que :
- le socle se présente sous la forme de deux éléments tubulaires articulés sur une partie support,
- la partie support présente des moyens de fixation d'une lame ressort destinée à recevoir l'élément d'indication,
- chaque élément articulé est muni d'une butée destinée à venir en appui sur la partie support, afin d'interdire le repliage dudit élément articulé vers le haut,
- chaque élément articulé est muni d'une griffe antiglissement destinée à coopérer avec le sol pour éviter le glissement du panneau sous l'effet d'un effort.
