Claims (14)
- Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Bearbeitung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Überführungsvorrichtung zum Überführen eines Einfädelstreifens oder einer Materialbahn von einem Übernahmebereich in einen Übergabebereich entlang eines Bahnlaufweges, die mindestens eine einen Aufnahmekopf, insbesondere Saugkopf, für den Einfädelstreifen/die Materialbahn aufweisende Aufnahmeeinrichtung umfaßt, wobei der Aufnahmekopf während eines Einfädelvorgangs zumindest teilweise in den Bahnlaufweg hineinragt, und mit mindestens einer Behandlungseinrichtung, die wenigstens zwei Funktionselemente aufweist, zwischen denen die Materialbahn hindurchführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Hilfe mindestens einer Verlagerungseinrichtung (23) eine Relativbewegung zwischen einem ersten Funktionselement (5) und einem zweiten Funktionselement (7) realisierbar ist, wodurch ein so großer Zwischenraum (61) zwischen den Funktionselementen (5,7) gebildet ist, daß der Aufnahmekopf (51) hindurchführbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung der Funktionselemente (5,7) mit Hilfe einer Steuerung und/oder Regelung steuerbar beziehungsweise regelbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungseinrichtung (3) mindestens ein Glättwerk, eine Beschichtungseinrichtung mit vorzugsweise mindestens einer Auftragseinrichtung für die Beschichtungssubstanz, eine Trockeneinrichtung, ein Druckwerk, eine Imprägniereinrichtung und/oder eine sonstige Hilfseinrichtung umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Funktionselement (5) beidseitig gelagert und mittels wenigstens einer Hubeinrichtung in Richtung auf das zweite Funktionselement (7) und in entgegengesetzter Richtung verlagerbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und zweite Funktionselement (5,7) jeweils eine Walze (9,45) sind, wobei zumindest eine der Walzen, vorzugsweise die das erste Funktionselement (5) bildenda Walze (9), als Durchbiegungs-Ausgleichs-Walze ausgebildet ist, deren Walzenmantel (13) gegenüber einem beidseitig gelagerten Querträger (11) in Richtung zum zweiten Funktionselement verlagerbar ist, derart, daß ein zwischen den Walzen (9,45) gebildeter Nip geöffnet oder geschlossen oder daß ein zwischen den Walzen (9,45) bestehender Zwischenraum (61) vergrößert oder verkleinert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine auf einer Seite des Querträgers (11) vorgesehene, den Querträger (11) haltende Lager (19') so verlagerbar ist, daß der Abstand zwischen den Walzen (9,45) -zumindest abschnittsweise- vergrößerbar beziehungsweise verkleinerbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Überführen eines Einfädelstreifens oder einer Materialbahn innerhalb einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Bearbeitung der Materialbahn, von einem Übernahmebereich in einen Übergabebereich im wesentlichen entlang eines Bahnlaufweges mit Hilfe mindestens einer einen Aufnahmekopf, vorzugsweise Saugkopf, umfassenden Aufnahmeeinrichtung, wobei der zumindest teilweise in den Bahnlaufweg hineinragende Aufnahmekopf zwischen mindestens zwei Funktionselementen mindestens einer Behandlungseinrichtung hindurchführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine Relativbewegung zwischen einem ersten Funktionselement und einem zweiten Funktionselement ein Zwischenraum zwischen den Funktionselementen gebildet oder ein bestehender Zwischenraum so weit vergrößerbar ist, daß der Aufnahmekopf hindurchführbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung unmittelbar vor dem Durchfahren des Aufnahmekopfs durch den Zwischenraum zwischen den Funktionselementen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Funktionselement beziehungsweise die Funktionselemente in seine/ihre Betriebsstellung zurückverlagert wird/werden, nachdem der Aufnahmekopf die Funktionselemente passiert hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zurückverlagerung der Funktionselemente erst dann erfolgt, wenn die Material mit ihrer gesamten Breite durch die Behandlungseinrichtung oder die Maschine geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung der Funktionselemente automatisch und/oder ferngesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung zur Bildung eines ausreichend großen Zwischenraums zwischen den Funktionselementen schrittweise, vorzugsweise in Abhängigkeit der Überführungsgeschwindigkeit des Einfädelstreifens/ der Materialbahn, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativbewegung zum Schließen des Spalts beziehungsweise zum Verkleinern des Zwischenraums zwischen den Funktionselementen schrittweise, vorzugsweise in Abhängigkeit der Überführungsgeschwindigkeit des Einfädelstreifens/der Materialbahn, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen den Funktionselementen durch ein Verschwenken des ersten Funktionselements gegenüber dem zweiten Funktionselement vergrößert/gebildet wird, wobei der Schwenkmittelpunkt auf der dem Aufnahmekopf gegenüberliegenden Seite der Maschine liegt.
