Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Hohlpalisaden aus Beton mit einer senkrecht stehenden Außenform, die einen koaxial angeordneten, aus der Form verfahrbaren Kern aufweist, wobei auf der dem Boden abgewandten Seite der Außenform wenigstens ein Stempel vorgesehen ist, der in die Außenform verfahrbar ist, und die mit mindestens einer Rüttelvorrichtung versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenform (1) auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite geschlossen und der Kern (2) auf der dem Boden abgewandten Seite aus der Form heraus verfahrbar ist, daß die Außenform (1) aus einem Formoberteil (11) und einem Formunterteil (12) besteht, die durch Mitnehmer (111) miteinander verbunden sind, und daß der Kern (2) an dem Formoberteil (11) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form (1) auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite mit einer Kopfmuffe (4) verschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (2) die Rüttelvorrichtung (21) beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (2) eine konische Form hat.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Hohlpalisaden aus Beton nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Beton in die Außenform gefüllt wird, die den aus der Außenform verfahrbaren Kern aufweist, der Beton mit Hilfe des Stempels sowie der Rüttelvorrichtung verdichtet wird, der Kern nach der Verdichtung auf der dem Boden abgewandten Seite aus der Form heraus verfahren wird, die Palisade aus der Form ausgeschalt und der Stempel von der Palisade erst nach Beendigung der Ausschalung entfernt wird.
