Claims (11)
- Banc à structure modulaire avec:a) un longeron (1) s'appuyant sur des pieds (2) et formant châssis;b) des sièges (4) et dossiers (6) se fixant séparément sur le longeron (1), ainsi que, en option, des tablettes (5) et accoudoirs (7) se fixant sur le longeron (1), caractérisé en ce quec) un ou plusieurs sièges (4), un ou plusieurs dossiers (6) et, au choix, une ou plusieurs tablettes (5) sont individuellement fixés sur une plaque-support (3,3'), de préférence de façon amovible;d) les plaques-supports (3,3') sont directement fixées sur le longeron (1) de manière amovible et déplaçable; ete) les pieds (2) et accoudoirs (7) sont directement fixés sur le longeron (1) de façon amovible.
- Banc selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce quea) le longeron (1) s'étend sur toute la longueur du banc;b) que celui-ci présente une section triangulaire uniforme avec trois faces latérales longitudinales (10,11,12); etc) qu'il se compose de préférence d'un profilé d'aluminium creux à double paroi.
- Banc selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les plaques-supports (3,3')a) sont des segments de rail d'un profilé en U coupés à la longueur voulue;b) sont constituées, au centre, d'une partie plate (30,30') avec une face supérieure (33,33') et une face inférieure (34,34');c) possèdent sur la face inférieure (34,34') de la partie plate (30,30'), d'un côté, un chanfrein (31,31') et de l'autre côté, un rebord-crampon (32,32'); tandis qued) la partie plate (30) d'une plaque-support (3) reliée à un siège (4) ou à une tablette (5) est posée sur la première face supérieure (10) du longeron (1); et quee) la partie plate (30') d'une plaque-support (3') reliée à un dossier (6) se fixe sur la troisième face (10) du longeron (1) côté arrière du banc.

- Banc selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce quea) le chanfrein (31) de la plaque-support (3) reliée à un siège (4) ou à une tablette (5) doit comporter un alésage taraudé (310) dirigé vers la première rainure longitudinale avant (13) du longeron et qu'une vis-pointeau d'arrêt (17) doit être vissée à fond à travers l'alésage taraudé (310) afin que la pointe aille s'appuyer contre le longeron (1) et fixe ainsi la position choisie de la plaque-support (3) sur le longeron; et queb) le chanfrein (31') de la plaque-support (3') reliée à un dossier (6) doit comporter un alésage taraudé (310') dirigé vers la deuxième rainure longitudinale inférieure (14) du longeron et qu'une vis-pointeau d'arrêt (17') doit être vissée à fond à travers l'alésage taraudé (310') afin que la pointe aille s'appuyer contre le longeron (1) et fixe ainsi la position choisie de la plaque-support (3') sur le longeron (1).
- Banc selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce quea) les accoudoirs (7) posés sur la première face supérieure (10) sont montés contre le longeron (1); et queb) un pied (2) se compose de deux parties séparées (20,20') l'une (20) se montant contre la deuxième face avant (11) et l'autre (20') se montant contre la troisième face arrière (12) du longeron (1).
- Banc selon revendication 6, caractérisé en ce quea) les deux parties du pied (20,20') sont reliées de manière amovible, soit avec un accoudoir (7) disposé au-dessus, soit avec une barrette d'attache (8) montée sur la première face supérieure (10) du longeron (1), tandis que les deux parties du pied (20,20') surmontées de l'accoudoir (7) ou de la barrette d'attache (8) qui remplace l'accoudoir (7), enserrent le longeron (1); et queb) l'accoudoir (7), s'il n'appuie sur aucun pied (20,20') assurant un contre-maintien à cet endroit, est monté de façon amovible à l'aide d'un étrier en forme de V (9) qui enserre les deuxième et troisième faces (11,12) du longeron (1).
- Banc selon revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce quea) les deux parties du pied (20,20') possèdent chacune une semelle d'assemblage (21,21') dont les angles inférieurs comportent chacun un épaulement en crampon vers le haut (24,24'); ce qui fait qu'à l'état montéb) les semelles d'assemblage (21,21') sont tournées l'une vers l'autre, appuyant respectivement contre la deuxième et la troisième face (11,12) du longeron; et quec) les épaulements en crampon (24,24') s'insèrent dans la rainure longitudinale inférieure (14) du longeron (1).
- Banc selon revendications 1 et 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les assemblages entrea) d'une part, la plaque-support (3,3') et, d'autre part, le siège (4) ou la tablette (5) ou le dossier (6);b) d'une part, les deux parties du pied (20,20') et, d'autre part, l'accoudoir (7) ou la barrette d'attache (8); etc) d'une part, l'accoudoir (7) et, d'autre part, l'étrier en V (9) sont réalisés au moyen de vis (37,37';27).
- Banc selon revendication 9, caractérisé en ce quea) des alésages (40,50,60) ont été pratiqués dans le siège (4), dans la tablette (5) et dans le dossier (6) pour permettre d'insérer les vis (37,37'), que des alésages taraudés complémentaires (35,35') ont été réalisés dans les plaques-support (3,3') pour y visser lesdites vis (37,37'), et queb) le dossier (6) et la barrette d'attache (8) présentent des trous (730,740; 840,830) pour le passage des vis (27), tandis que les deux parties du pied (20,20') ou l'étrier en V (9) comportent des alésages taraudés complémentaires (230,230';920,910) prévus pour y visser lesdites vis (27).
- Banc selon revendications 8 et 10, caractérisé en ce que
les semelles d'appui (21,21') des deux parties du pied (20,20') possèdent chacune, sur leur arête supérieure, une encoche (23,23') dans laquelle vient s'insérer, soit le talon (84) et la griffe (83) de la barrette d'attache (8), soit le talon (74) et la griffe (73) de l'accoudoir (7).
