Abstract

Es ist ein Verfahren anzugeben, mit dem Behälter vollautomatisch verschlossen werden können, insbesondere soll die dieses Verfahren ausführende Maschine Spannringe und Deckel oder solche Kombinationen sicher auf bereits befüllte Behälter auflegen können und die Behälter transportfest verschließen.
Vorgeschlagen wird dazu eine Verschließmaschine zum Verschließen der Behälter (1,2,3,4) mit Deckeln (10) durch Spannen eines Spannringverschlusses (S,V) um den oberen Behälterrand und den Deckelrand. Es ist eine Fördereinheit (8) vorgesehen, welche die offenen Behälter (1) in einer Förderlinie (9;100) taktweise in einen Auflegebereich (B) der Maschine hineinbewegt. Der Auflegebereich (B) weist einen der Förderlinie (9;100) benachbarten Magazinbereich (C,C') für Deckel und Spannringverschlüsse (10,S,V) auf. Eine Verschiebeeinrichtung (21) führt jeweils einen Deckel (10) mit jeweils einem Spannring (S) aus dem Magazinbereich (C) zu und legt sie auf die Öffnung des Behälters (2) auf. Ein Schließbereich (D,E,F) ist dem Auflegebereich (B) in Richtung der Förderlinie (9;100) nachgeordnet, in welchem eine den Spannringverschluß (S,V) umfänglich ausrichtende Einrichtung (31) vorgesehen ist. Eine Vorrichtung ist dort vorgesehen, um den Deckel (10) in den oberen Rand des Behälters einzudrücken (43,44;45,46) und den geöffneten Spannring (S) um den oberen Rand des Behälters und den Rand des Deckels in umfänglich ausgerichtetem Zustand (α) transportfest zu verschließen (41,V).

A closing area (D, E, F) is arranged downstream of the lay-on area (B) in the direction of the conveyor line (9; 100), in which a device (31) for circumferentially aligning the clamping ring closure (S, V) is provided.
