Claims (12)
- Serrure pour ouvrant de véhicule comportant un système électrique d'assistance (A) à l'ouverture comprenant un moteur électrique (1, 101) propre à entraíner un organe de commande (2, 102) de l'ouverture en réponse à une alimentation électrique, et un système de pilotage (3) actionné par une course dite "électrique" d'un moyen manuel (9) pour assurer l'alimentation électrique du moteur (1, 101), ce moyen manuel (9) pouvant effectuer une course supplémentaire au-delà de la course électrique pour un secours mécanique d'ouverture en cas de panne électrique, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un moyen de blocage mécanique (B) de l'entraínement par le système électrique de l'organe de commande (2, 102) en position de fermeture, et que des moyens de libération (L) du blocage mécanique sont prévus pour être actionnés lors d'une première partie de la course du moyen manuel (9), qui précède la course électrique.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le moyen de blocage mécanique (B) comprend un levier de sécurité (15, 115), la libération du système d'ouverture électrique étant obtenue par une rotation du levier (15, 115) commandée par la première partie de la course du moyen manuel (9).
- Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le moyen manuel (9) est relié par un câble (C) au levier de sécurité (15, 115).
- Serrure selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que le levier de sécurité (15, 115) est rappelé en position de blocage par un moyen élastique (19).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de commande (2, 102) de l'ouverture est constitué par un levier rotatif (4, 104).
- Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que le levier rotatif (4) est entraíné directement par le système électrique d'assistance et que ce levier (4) comporte une butée (18) propre à coopérer avec une partie (17) du levier de sécurité (15) de sorte qu'en position de blocage la rotation du levier rotatif (4) permettant l'ouverture de la serrure est empêchée, même si le moteur électrique est alimenté.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend, entre le système électrique d'assistance (A) et l'organe de commande (102) de l'ouverture, des moyens de transmission (T) qui comportent un premier élément (21) lié en rotation au système électrique d'assistance (101, 20) et un deuxième élément (22) lié en rotation à l'organe de commande (102), le premier élément (21) pouvant entraíner le deuxième élément (22) dans le sens de l'ouverture tandis que le deuxième élément (22) est libre de tourner relativement au premier élément (21) dans le sens de l'ouverture, le moyen de blocage mécanique (B) coopérant avec le premier élément (21) tandis que le secours mécanique coopère avec le deuxième élément (22).
- Serrure selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que le premier élément est constitué par un premier levier de transmission (21) actionné par le système électrique (101, 20), et le deuxième élément est constitué par un deuxième levier de transmission (22) lié en rotation à l'organe de commande d'ouverture (102).
- Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que le premier levier de transmission (21) est disposé entre le deuxième levier de transmission (22) et l'organe de commande (102) pour tourner autour d'un même axe géométrique (105), le premier levier de transmission (21) étant monté libre en rotation sur un arbre (23) lié en rotation au deuxième levier de transmission (22) et à l'organe de commande (102).
- Serrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'arbre (23) est muni à une extrémité d'une section carrée (24) sur laquelle est engagée une ouverture carrée du deuxième levier (22).
- Serrure selon l'ensemble de la revendication 2 et de la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que le premier levier (21) comporte une butée (118) propre à coopérer avec une partie (117) du levier de sécurité (115) de sorte qu'en position de blocage la rotation du premier levier (21) est empêchée, même si le moteur électrique est alimenté.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le secours mécanique comprend un bras pivotant (12) prévu pour commander l'ouverture sous l'action du moyen manuel (9).
