Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
The development of ever more powerful processing machines causes individual print products to get faster and faster transported and shot in processing lines become. For example, sheets or inserts are placed in a pocket chain shot in a inserting machine. These processes can due to the low stability of such bows not done as quickly as desired Higher speeds can also cause the sheets to bounce back undesirably to lead.
A device is known in which partial products Acceptance stations taken over and to the Processing line are handed over. It is advantageous here that the cycle chains coexist in the transfer area the processing line and so the products run along can pass. The considerable disadvantage is, however mechanical effort associated with corresponding manufacturing costs as well as the fault-prone repeated delivery of the partial products. The large space requirement is also the entire supply and delivery point on the processing line disadvantageous.
In another device according to the generic US-A-5,560,549 has the processing line segments in the Form of bags, which are arranged one behind the other. Each Bag has rollers at one upper end with which the bottom printed product is withdrawn from a stack and the Pocket is fed. This device is advantageous the compact design. However, here is the difficulty that the print products to be deducted with the processing line do not run along and diverted into the pockets Need to become. Guiding the printed products when loading them in the pockets is difficult and prone to failure and moreover stack support rollers are required for partial products. On Another disadvantage of this device is seen in the fact that accessibility to the processing line is largely obstructed is. In the event of malfunctions, crumpled products cannot can be removed quickly and easily as desired.
The invention has for its object a device to create the aforementioned genus, which the above Avoids disadvantages and which is still reliable. The The device is intended for faster transport of printed products and in particular printed products or supplements, for example enable in pocket chains or inserting machines.
The object is achieved in a generic device according to the characterizing part of claim 1.
In the device according to the invention, the printed products are separated with the processing cells of an investor. The individualized printed products are continuously delivered to the segments of the processing line over several processing cycles. This means that more time is available for the individual sub-process and several printed products can be out of phase.
Particularly quick processing is possible if According to a further development of the invention of the investors, a peeling investor is. The printed products are preferably included Extracted suction cups from the stack or magazine. To deliver the For example, these suction cups are printed products The slide valve is vented.
A particularly secure handover occurs when according to a development of the invention of the feeder tapes, which with the processing cells to hold the Collaborate on print products. The printed products, preferably be gripped on a wheel with suction cups guided with moving belts.
The device according to the invention enables storage of the Print products in the segments of the processing line with leading fold. However, an execution is also conceivable where the print products are open-faced filed, especially on a saddle-shaped segment of the Processing line are stored.
Further advantageous features result from the dependent ones Claims, the description below and the Drawing.

The device 1 shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists
from a magazine or
The
Trommel 10. Die entgegengesetzten Geschwindigkeiten sind vorzugsweise
etwa gleich gross, derart, dass die Tangentialgeschwindigkeit
der Verarbeitungszellen an ihrem Umfang vorzugsweise
null ist.In the exemplary embodiment shown, the
In Figur 1
7' evakuiert. Die diametral gegebenüberstehende
Verarbeitungszelle 7'' ist hingegen belüftet.The
The suction cups 19 serve the bottom of the
danach an seinen vorlaufenden Kantenbereich, in diesem
When a printed product 5 'is sucked in, it becomes immediate
then to its leading edge area, in this
Case on the
The
Pfeil 35. Entsprechend wird das Druckprodukt 5 so bewegt,
dass die offene Seite 5b nach unten ragt. Mit einer von Anlegern
her bekannten, geeigneten Vorrichtung, beispielsweise
Figure 3 shows a device 1, in which one below
