Claims (25)

  1. Laminoir pour laminer des plaques ou des bandes comprenant un bâti de laminage (4), une traverse supérieure et une traverse inférieure (8, 8'), un dispositif presseur (6), des sièges de rouleaux (16, 16' ; 26, 26' ; 36, 36'), un système de rouleau supérieur (12 ; 22, 23 ; 32, 33) et un système de rouleau inférieur (12' ; 22', 23' ; 32', 33'), dans lequel lesdites traverses supérieure et inférieure sont montées sur les extrémités supérieure et inférieure du bâti de laminage (4), respectivement, ledit dispositif presseur (6) étant monté sur le bâti de laminage (4) correspondant aux deux extrémités de la traverse et étant capable de déplacer au moins l'une des traverses supérieure et inférieure afin d'ajuster l'amplitude du jeu entre les deux rouleaux, les systèmes de rouleaux supérieur et inférieur et au moins l'un des sièges de rouleaux étant disposés entre les traverses supérieure et inférieure, caractérisé en ce que des patins de support (18, 18' ; 28, 28' ; 38, 38') sont disposés entre les sièges de rouleaux et les traverses supérieure et inférieure, des paliers (14, 14' ; 24, 24' ; 34, 34') étant disposés entre les systèmes de rouleaux et les sièges de rouleaux, et lesdits patins de support et lesdits paliers étant positionnés pour s'aligner sur la partie centrale des systèmes de rouleaux, dans les limites de la longueur des rouleaux.
  2. Laminoir tel que défini dans la revendication 1, dans lequel les systèmes de rouleaux supérieur et inférieur et les sièges de rouleaux supérieur et inférieur sont disposés entre les traverses supérieure et inférieure.
  3. Laminoir tel que défini dans la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits paliers sont des paliers lisses en forme d'arcs.

Laminoir tel que défini dans la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit système de rouleau supérieur est composé d'un rouleau de travail (22, 32) et d'au moins un rouleau support (23, 33), ledit rouleau support comprenant un roulement qui est composé d'un chemin de roulement interne et d'une bague de roulement externe.

Laminoir tel que défini dans la revendication 1 ou 10, dans lequel ledit système rouleau inférieur est composé d'un rouleau travail (22', 32') et au moins un rouleau support (23', 33'), ledit rouleau support est un roulement qui est composé d'un chemin de roulement interne et d'une bague de roulement externe.
