Alternativ kann auch ein Gleichrichter vorgesehen sein, der das Signal des Positionsgebers 4 gleichrichtet, wobei dann die Ruheposition R den Wert Null hat. Die Komparatoreinrichtung weist dann dementsprechend nur drei Schwellenwertvergleicher auf, die jeweils bei dem Schwellenwert K0 bzw. K1 bzw. K3 ihr Ausgangssignal ändern.
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Steuern eines elektromechanischen Stellgeräts, das ein Stellglied (12) und einen Stellantrieb (11) hat, der aufweist:mindestens einen Elektromagneten mit einer Spule (113, 115)eine bewegliche Ankerplatte (117),mindestens ein Rückstellmittel, das die Ankerplatte (117) in eine vorgegebene Ruheposition (C) vorspannt, wobei dem Stellantrieb (12) ein Regler (B8) zugeordnet ist, dessen Regelgröße der Strom durch die Spule (113,115) ist, mit folgenden Schritten:ein erster Fangwert (I_F1) wird als Sollwert des Stroms durch die Spule (113,115) vorgegeben,ein zweiter Fangwert (I_F2), der größer ist als ein Haltewert (I_H), wird als Sollwert vorgegeben, wenn eine vorgegebene erste Bedingung erfüllt ist,der Haltewert (I_H) wird als Sollwert vorgegeben, wenn eine vorgegebene zweite Bedingung erfüllt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Fangwert (I_F2) größer ist als der erste Fangwert (I_F1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Positionsgeber (6) zum Erfassen der Position (X) der Ankerplatte (117) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Bedingung erfüllt ist, wenn der Betrag der Position (X) der Ankerplatte einen vorgegebenen Schwellenwert (K5,K0) überschreitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Fangwert (I_F2) abhängt von der Geschwindigkeit der Ankerplatte (117) vor dem Überschreiten des Schwellenwertes (K5,K0).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Bedingung erfüllt ist, wenn die Position der Ankerplatte einen weiteren Schwellenwert (K1,K4), länger als eine vorgegebene weitere Zeitdauer (T_MAX) überschreitet, wobei der Betrag des weiteren Schwellenwerts kleiner ist als der Betrag des Schwellenwerts (K0, K5).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Bedingung erfüllt ist, wenn der zweite Fangwert (I_F2) eine Zeitdauer (T_F2) als Sollwert vorgegeben ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitdauer (T_F2) abhängt von der Geschwindigkeit der Ankerplatte (117) vor dem Überschreiten des Schwellenwertes (K5,K0).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Fangwert (I_F1) korrigiert wird abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit der Ankerplatte (117) vor dem Überschreiten des Schwellenwertes (K0,K5).
