Definitions

  • the invention relates to the technical sector of swimming pools.
  • a traditional swimming pool includes a basin whose walls have one or more mouths or skimmers through which all the water in the basin is sucked and filtered.
  • the swimming pool basin can be connected to an external technical room where the pumping and filtration means are housed, which are connected to the swimming pool basin by appropriate pipes.
  • the pumping and filtration assemblies in compact blocks mounted in combination with the swimming pool panels, or else to integrate these pumping assemblies. and filtration directly into the panels or stairs that make up the pool (See for example FR-A- 2 682 981).
  • the water recycling circuit that is to say the filtration and aspiration circuit, remains classic, the water being pumped into the weir tank and discharged by mouths immersed in the pool.
  • a spill pool to date, is still connected to a conventional recycling circuit, requiring an external technical room and different connecting pipes, between this room and the pool .
  • This state of the art can be illustrated by the teaching of FR-A-2721644 which discloses a swimming pool shaped directly, by construction, with a chute under a weir and a buffer tank, which are an integral part of the whole body of the pool.
  • This buffer tank does not constitute an autonomous element having arrangements with one of the panels of the basin.
  • the filtered water return means are constituted by pipes requiring special implementation, being buried in the ground receiving the pool of the pool.
  • the filtration and pumping means are directly mounted inside the buffer block to be connected to the return pipes.
  • the object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks, simple, safe, efficient and rational way.
  • the problem which the invention proposes to solve, in the case of a so-called overflow pool, is to remove the various pipes connection, with an external technical room, with the aim of create a compact and autonomous ready-to-use set, integrating the different functions necessary for the circulation and filtration of water in from the swimming pool.
  • This solution also removes any external pipe of liaison with a technical room.
  • the block advantageously has arrangements for the circulation of water and the installation of pumping means, filtration and water treatment.
  • the arrangements of the block are advantageously constituted by recesses formed in the 'block thickness and able to act as pipes for the circulation of water and housing for the establishment of pumping means, filtration, water treatment and level gauges necessary for operation.
  • the functional block due to its design, avoids the use of various added pipes for the circulation of water, with sealed connection members.
  • the lower part of the collecting element is communication with at least one pipe connected to the pumping system to direct the water at the level of the filtration arrangements and to discharge it into the pelvis by means of at least one pipe presented by said element manifold.
  • a swimming pool of the spill type that is to say one of which allows the overflow and the discharge of the water from the basin, for recycling by means of a pumping and filtration unit.
  • the swimming pool as such can be produced in different geometric shapes and, in known manner, either by means of load-bearing concrete walls, or by means of modular panels made of various materials.
  • the specific object of the invention is to be found in the pumping and filtration assembly which forms a compact and autonomous assembly shaped either to be attached and coupled to the existing overflow panel (2) or to integrate, at the time of its manufacture, a overflow panel, as will be indicated in the following description.
  • the pumping and filtration assembly comprises said panel and an autonomous receiving element (1) arranged to collect and store water in from the swimming pool.
  • This element (1) has a length at least equal to that of the panel (2) whose upper part is arranged for allow the discharge of water from the swimming pool basin.
  • the receiving element (1) present directly during its manufacture, a part (2) formed for constitute the wall or panel of the swimming pool with, at its upper edge, a weir lip (2a).
  • the receiving element (1) and the panel (2) constitute one and the same module arranged so piece.
  • the receiving element (1) consists of two separate parts, namely an upper part (1a) and a lower part (1b).
  • the part upper (1a) constitutes a chute intended to receive the water fall from the weir (2a).
  • This chute (1a) has a cross section profiled in U-shaped.
  • One end of the chute (1a) has an opening for communication with a lower part (1b) which acts as stock buffer.
  • the communication orifice receives a filtration system (3) shaped for example, to stop the leaves.
  • the bottom of the chute (1a) can be grooved longitudinally to allow cover in gratings, tiled, pebble bed or any other decorative element desired.
  • the lower part (1b) which acts as a buffer stock is constituted, in the example illustrated, by a reservoir of internal section circular and formed in the thickness of the element.
  • the element receiver (1) can have different cross-sectional shapes, but advantageously has a quadrangular shape, in particular square.
  • This receiving element (1) is in communication, in a sealed manner, with a functional technical unit (4) shaped to ensure the treatment and circulation of water.
  • the compact block (4) is therefore tightly coupled to the receiving element, in the communication and cooperation position, with water suction and delivery arrangements.
  • the block (4) has arrangements (4a) for the circulation of water and arrangements (4b) for the establishment of different means capable of pumping, filtering and possibly treating the water. water, level gauges.
  • the arrangements for the circulation of water are constituted by recesses formed in the thickness of the block (4) and able to act as conduits (4a), respectively for the suction and the delivery of water.
  • This pipes are themselves in communication with recesses (4c) which receive the pumping means (5), the filtration means (6) and possibly the water treatment means (7).
  • the pump motor (5) is located outside the assembly of the block (4), for obvious reasons of safety and maintenance.
  • the recess (4a) for the suction of water is located at the base of the block (4) and is in communication with the bottom of the storage tank (1b).
  • the discharge recess (4b) is in communication with at least one pipe presented by the collecting element.
  • this delivery pipe is constituted by a tubular orifice (1d) pierced longitudinally in the thickness of the receiving element.
  • the receiving element may have four rectilinear orifices (1d) drilled at the four angles of said element (1). This orifice (1d) is in communication with discharge outlets (le) cooperating with the reel panel (2) and opening into the bottom of the basin.
  • the technical unit (4) as described has any accessory for the recirculation of the necessary water, for the supply of clean water, for the evacuation to the sewer, overflows and purges, as well as all suitable valve system.
  • the pump is subject to any electronic control system, in order to operate according to a programmable cycle at will.
  • the sealed coupling of the technical unit (4) relative to the receiving element (1) is carried out by any known and appropriate means.
  • a suction socket (7) for the broom can be mounted on the block technical or in the upper part of the overflow wall (2).
  • the overflow wall (2), fitted directly with the receiving element (1) and the technical block (4), is mounted with the other panels that make up the pool of the swimming pool, by any appropriate means, depending on the nature and design of the panels selected for the construction of the swimming pool.
  • the receiving element (1) with its block (4) may not be integrated into the weir panel (2), in order to be adapted under the weir (2) that presents the pool wall ( Figure 3).
  • the operation of the pumping and filtration unit, according to the characteristics of the invention is particularly simple.
  • the water in the pool falls by gravity using the weir (2a) in the upper chute (1a), in order to fill, as and measurement of its flow, the lower tube (1b) which acts as stock buffer. Any leaves or other waste are retained by the filter (3).
  • the pump (5) When the pump (5) is started, the water from the tube (1b) is sucked by the pipe (1a) to be directed by means of the pump (5), through the filtration system (6) and the treatment zone (7), then discharged through the pipe (s) (1d) in the bottom of the pool by the different mouths (1e).
  • the weir wall (2) can be extended by a panel (8) comprising a counter swimming system current (9) or high speed massage jets.
  • This swimming system against current (9) can also be in the form of a block complementary technique able to be coupled to the previous technical block (4), in coaxial alignment.
