Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln eines technisches Gewebes, bei dem mindestens ein Teil mindestens einer Oberfläche dieses Gewebes (12) oder eines Fadens, einer Schicht, eines Streifens, einer Membrane oder dergleichen, die Teil eines solchen Gewebes bilden oder bilden sollen, verändert wird, wobei die Behandlung des Teiles unter Verwendung eines Hochenergie-UV-Excimers oder Ablationsemitters (16) erfolgt, um mit Hilfe des Emitters (16) Bereiche selektiv zu ätzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlung in einer Atmosphäre durchgeführt wird, die einen oder mehrere der Stoffe Silan, Siloxan, Perfluorkohlenstoff, Tetrafluorethylen oder Ammoniak enthält. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
bei dem das Ätzen ein Durchlöchern oder Ritzen der Oberfläche bewirkt, um Rillen, Aussparungen oder Erhebungen zu bilden oder ionisiertes Material freizulegen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
bei dem eine Beschichtung (32) auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht ist, wobei die Beschichtung durch den Verfahrensschritt des Ätzens selektiv entfernt wird, um eine Substratoberfläche freizulegen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
bei dem der Verfahrensschritt des Ätzens eine Entfernung von Oberflächen-Ünregelmäßigkeiten bewirkt. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem der Verfahrensschritt des Ätzens im Mikron- oder Submikron-Bereich durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem nicht zu behandelnde Bereiche mit einer geformten Filmmaske (117) maskiert werden. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem die Behandlung die Oberfläche wasserabweisend macht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
bei dem die Behandlung die Oberfläche wasseranziehend macht. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem nach der Behandlung ein Beschichtungs- oder Matrixmaterial auf die behandelten textilen Fäden oder Fasern aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem die Fäden oder Fasern aus einem Polymer, wie z. B. Polyester, Polyamid oder Polyolefin, bestehen oder dieses enthalten. - Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
bei dem auf der dem Emitter (16) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gewebes ein Reflektor (123) angeordnet ist, um Strahlung auf die Seite des Gewebes zu reflektieren, die dem Emitter (16) nicht direkt ausgesetzt ist.
