Walzstraße zum Walzen von stabförmigem Walzgut (11), z. B. Stabstahl oder Draht,
- mit mehreren über Hydraulikzylindereinheiten (12) auf Watzspalte (s3 - s10) einstellbaren, von dem Walzgut (11) nacheinander durchlaufenen, zu Walzgerüstpaaren zusammengefaßten aktiven Walzgerüsten (3 - 10), mittels derer das Walzgut (11) unter Aufbringung von Walzkräften (F3 - F10) auf eine Endhöhe (h) und eine hierzu senkrechte Endbreite (b) walzbar ist,
- wobei die Hydraulikzylindereinheiten (12) von Walzspaltregelungen (13) ansteuerbar sind, mittels derer walzkraftbedingte Auffederungen der aktiven Walzgerüste (3 - 10) zumindest zu Bruchteilen (t3 - t10) kompensierbar sind, und
- wobei die Bruchteile (t3 - t10) für jedes aktive Walzgerüst (3 - 10) separat einstellbar sind.
