Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un étui étanche, en particulier à l'eau de mer, s'ouvrant par simple pression sur deux points opposés. Il est constitué d'une pochette (1) aplatie réalisée de préférence en une seule pièce en matière synthétique et comportant sur la face interne des bords (5, 6) de l'ouverture au moins un joint (7) compressible collé ou scellé qui est plaqué, un contre le second joint (8) ou contre le bord opposé de manière à rendre la pochette parfaitement étanche lorsqu'aucune pression n'est exercée, les parois du dispositif étant agencées pour qu'une pression sur les extrémités latérales de ces bords provoquent leur écartement en permettant l'accès à l'intérieur du dispositif. Il a pour objet la protection de divers objects tels que pièces de monnaie, billets de banque, clés, papiers d'identité, contre l'eau, la transpiration, le sable, la poussière, etc.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un étui étanche, en particulier à l'eau de mer, s'ouvrant par simple pression sur deux points opposés.
Il a pour objet la protection de divers objets tels que pièces de monnaie, billets de banque, clés, papiers d'identité, contre l'eau, la transpiration le sable, la poussière, etc.
   Il est en particulier destiné aux baigneurs et leur permet de conserver sur eux leurs objets de valeur lorsqu'ils se livrent à des ébats nautiques tels que natation, plongeon, planche à voile ou autre.
Il existe à ce jour un certain nombre de dispositifs destinés à protéger des objets contre l'eau de mer. On connaít en particulier des ceintures comportant un ou plusieurs compartiments étanches, mais il s'agit de systèmes relativement onéreux et encombrant dont l'usage peut difficilement se généraliser.
Les brevets N° FR 2 513 864 et N° FR 2 517 183, déposés par l'auteur de la présente demande, font état d'un étui souple étanche de forme aplatie comportant sur l'une de ses faces une découpe dans laquelle s'ajuste un couvercle rigide grâce à une gorge ménagée soit à la périphérie de cette découpe, soit à la périphérie du couvercle.
   La nécessité de devoir insérer le couvercle dans la gorge de l'étui, ou les bords de la découpe dans celle du couvercle rend les opérations d'ouverture et de fermeture malaisées et il peut arriver que le couvercle soit égaré.
   Le brevet N° US 2 039 887 (J. J. COLLETTI) décrit une bourse constituée d'une poche en matériau imperméable à fermeture étanche formée d'une paire de bandes élastiques comportant des gorges et nervures s'encastrant les unes dans les autres.
   Ce genre de dispositif étant surtout destiné à être utilisé sur la plage, des grains de sable risquent de se loger dans les gorges en compromettant l'étanchéité de l'ensemble.
Le dispositif selon la présente invention a pour objectif de. remédier à cet état de choses en permettant la réalisation d'un étui parfaitement étanche et d'un coût de fabrication peu élevé pouvant se placer dans la poche se suspendre au cou ou s'accrocher sur tout support vestimentaire, afin de permettre à l'usager de ne pas se séparer de ses billets ou papiers lorsqu'il se baigne.
Il est constitué d'une pochette aplatie réalisée de préférence en une seule pièce en matière synthétique et comportant sur la face interne des bords de l'ouverture au moins un joint compressible collé ou scellé qui est plaqué un contre le second joint ou contre le bord opposé de manière à rendre la pochette parfaitement étanche lorsqu'aucune pression n'est exercée, les parois du dispositif étant agencées pour qu'une pression sur les extrémités latérales de ces bords provoquant leur écartement en permettant l'accès à l'intérieur du dispositif.
Sur les dessins annexés, donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs de formes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention:
  • les figures 1 et 2 représentent respectivement en perspective axonométrique, l'étui ouvert et fermé,
  • la figure 3 est une coupe verticale transversale suivant les flèches A-A' de la figure 2,
  • la figure 4 représente les lames d'acier destinées à augmenter la pression de fermeture et
  • la figure 5 représente l'invention, les lames d'acier n'étant pas visibles.
    • Le dispositif, figures 1 à 5, est constitué d'un étui 1 formant une pochette aplatie de forme générale rectangulaire, fermée sur trois côtés 2, 3, 4, et dont les bords 5, 6 du quatrième côté peuvent se rapprocher pour assurer une fermeture étanche, ou s'écarter pour permettre de remplir ou vider la pochette.
    L'étui 1 est fabriqué en matériau semi-rigide ou souple, et agencé de telle manière que les bords 5, 6 plaquent l'un contre l'autre lorsque aucun effort n'est exercé (figure 1), une pression effectuée suivant les flèches P-P' sur les extrémités latérales de ces bords provoquant leur déformation en arcs de cercle et un écartement suffisant pour permettre l'accès au contenu du dispositif (figure 2).
       Ce dernier est de préférence réalisé en une seule pièce dans un matériau résistant à l'eau de mer, tel que matière synthétique injectée ou thermoformée par soufflage, ou encore mise en oeuvre par toute technique permettant d'obtenir le même résultat.
       Au moins l'une des faces internes des bords 5, 6 du quatrième côté est revêtue d'un joint 7, 8 compressible, par exemple en mousse d'élastomère, déterminés de façon à ce que l'étui soit parfaitement étanche au repos, lorsqu'aucune pression n'est exercée sur les extrémités latérales des bords.
       Le ou les joints 7, 8 peuvent être fixés par collage, ou par thermosoudage lors de la fabrication de l'étui 1.
    Afin de présenter une rigidité suffisante pour garantir l'étanchéité de l'ensemble, les bords 5, 6 pourront avantageusement présenter une épaisseur plus forte que celle des parois 9, 10 de la pochette 1.
       Selon une variante d'exécution la force de fermeture est obtenue grâce à des lames d'acier 11, 12 incorporées dans les parois 9, 10 de l'étui 1, par exemple entre ces parois et les joints 7, 8 d'étanchéité. Cette disposition permet d'utiliser un matériau souple pour la fabrication de la pochette (figure 5).
       Une bride 13 pourra être prévue sur l'une des faces externes du dispositif, dans laquelle on peut passer une ceinture afin de fixer l'étui à la taille (figure 3). De même, les côtés de la pochette pourront comporter des oeillets 14 susceptibles de recevoir un cordon ou une chaínette se passant au cou ou permettant de suspendre l'étui 1 (figure 1).
    Grâce à sa simplicité, à sa facilité d'utilisation et à son faible coût de revient, le dispositif qui vient d'être décrit se prête particulièrement bien à la réalisation de porte-monnaie, de porte-clés ou de porte-cartes pouvant être utilisés en tous lieux et en toutes circonstances et en particulier sur la plage.
    Le positionnement des divers éléments constitutifs donne à l'objet de l'invention un maximum d'effets utiles qui n'avaient pas été, à ce jour, obtenus par des dispositifs similaires.

    Claims (5)

    1. Étui étanche, en particulier à l'eau de mer, s'ouvrant par simple pression sur deux points opposés, destiné en particulier aux baigneurs et ayant pour objet la protection de divers objets tels que pièces de monnaie, billets de banque, clés, papiers d'identité, contre l'eau, la transpiration, le sable, la poussière, etc, agencé de manière à ce qu'une pression sur les extrémités latérales des bords (5,6) de l'ouverture provoque leur écartement en permettant l'accès à l'intérieur du dispositif,
         caractérisé par la combinaison d'une part, de lames d'acier (11, 12) incorporées dans les parois (9, 10) de l'étui (1) et aptes à assurer la force de fermeture et, d'autre part, de deux joints (7, 8) compressibles collés ou scellés sur la face interne des bords (5, 6) de l'ouverture et présentant une géométrie creuse permettant de réaliser un effet ventouse, les dits joints étant déterminés de façon à ce que l'étui soit parfaitement étanche au repos, lorsqu'aucune pression n'est exercée sur les extrémités latérales des bords.
    2. Étui étanche selon la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que les lames d'acier (11, 12) sont disposées entre les deux joints (7, 8) et les parois (9, 10) de l'étui (1).
    3. Étui étanche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que le ou les joints (7, 8) sont réalisés en mousse d'élastomère fixés par collage ou par thermo-soudage.
    4. Étui étanche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que l'une des faces externes dudit étui est pourvue d'une bride (13) dans laquelle peut passer une ceinture.
    5. Étui étanche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que ses côtés comportent des oeillets (14) susceptibles de recevoir un cordon ou une chaínette se passant au cou ou permettant de suspendre ledit étui.
