Claims (14)
- Dispositif de renfort pour structures porteuses (1) avec lamelle (2) en CFK, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité de la lamelle CFK (2) est fendue en au moins deux lames (2') et débouche dans un élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13).
- Dispositif de renfort selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux extrémités débouche dans un élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13).
- Dispositif de renfort selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames (2') sont introduites au moins partiellement dans des rainures de retenue (9; 9') de l'élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13) arrangées de préférence en forme de coin l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (2') des lamelles sont divisées en des lamelles superposées ayant approximativement la même épaisseur.
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les rainures de retenue (9) de l'élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13) présentent une surface rugueuse ou ondulée.
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par des perçages (10) disposés transversalement par rapport à la surface des lamelles dans la zone des rainures de retenue (9) de l'élément terminal (3).
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13) est un bloc parallélépipède en métal ou matière plastique.
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément terminal (3, 4, 12, 13) comprend dans la zone de sortie de la lamelle CFK (2) des éléments de renfort (11), de préférence des boulons filetés, disposées transversalement par rapport à la direction de sortie.
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément terminal (3, 4, 12, 13) comprend en face de la sortie de la lamelle CFK un point d'introduction des forces, de préférence un perçage fileté (12).
- Dispositif de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les rainures de retenue (9) sont disposées en forme de coin dans l'élément terminal (3, 4, 12, 13) de telle manière, que la rainure (9') la plus inférieure (9') soit disposée parallèlement à la direction de sortie de la lamelle (2) et les autres rainures (9) soient disposées en éventail avec angles croissants à partir de l'ouverture de sortie.
- Procédé pour renforcer des éléments porteurs (1) à l'aide de dispositifs de renfort selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles CFK (2) coupées à la longueur voulue sont fendues chacune à au moins une des leurs extrémités en au moins deux lames (2') ayant approximativement la même épaisseur respectivement largeur et sont mise en connexion avec un élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13) et en ce que cette structure est collée sur le côté soumis à tension de l'élément porteur (1) à renforcer.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les lames (2') de la lamelle CFK (2) sont introduit dans des rainures de retenue (9, 9') individuelles, de préférence disposées en éventail, d'un élément terminal (3, 4; 12, 13) et y sont fixées par collage ou par culottage au moyen d'une masse de scellage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités de la lamelle CFK (2) sont divisées respectivement fendues en trois lames (2') et en ce que la structure avant sa connexion avec l'élément porteur (1) est précontrainte par rapport à ce dernier par des moyens de tension (7, 8) pour être collée ensuite à l'état précontraint sur l'élément porteur (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle CFK (2) est fendue en direction des fibres.
