Abstract

Bei einer Mikrowellen-Koaxialleitung für gekühlte Mikrowellensysteme mit einem Innenleiter (1) und einem Außenleiter (2) ist zur Verringerung der thermischen Leitfähigkeit der Koaxialleitung die thermisch wirksame Länge des Innenleiters (1) und/oder des Außenleiters (2) unter Beibehaltung der elektrisch wirksamen Länge vergrößert und/oder der thermisch wirksame Querschnitt des Innenleiters (1) unter Beibehaltung des elektrisch wirksamen Querschnitts verkleinert. Die Koaxialleitung weist eine minimale Dämpfung bei gleichzeitig maximalem Wärmewiderstand auf.
