Claims (19)
- Aus aneinandergereihten Gliedern gebildete Wärmetauscher für insbesondere Warmwasser-Zentralheizungen
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Glieder (1) des Wärmetauschers Abschnitte von aus Aluminium bzw. Aluminiumlegierungen stranggepreßten Mehrkantrohren mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, einander parallelen Flanken (2) vorgesehen sind, daß die Glieder (1) mit diesen Flanken (2) aufeinanderliegend aneinandergereiht und durch sie miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeweils im oberen und unteren Bereich der Flanken (2) diese Durchlässe bildende Ausnehmungen aufweisen, und daß die oberen und unteren Stirnflächen der Glieder (1) durch Boden (12) und Deckel (13) dicht schließend miteinander verbunden sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die aufeinanderliegenden Flanken (2) mittels eine Dichtung sowie Verbindung bewirkenden vorzugsweise dauerelastischen Klebstoffschicht (10) mindestens bereichsweise verbunden sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Durchlässe bildende Ausklinkungen vom oberen und/oder unteren Rand der Flanken (2) ausgehen. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im oberen bzw. unteren Bereich der Flanken (2) angeordnete Ausnehmungen unterhalb bzw. oberhalb der Außenkante der Flanken (2) angeordnet sind. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Durchbrechungen aufeinander gelegter Flanken (2) gemeinsam bewirkt sind und deren ausgekröpfte Randbereiche einen zusätzlichen mechanischen Halt sichern. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mehrkantrohrprofile die Flanken (2) verbindende Längsprofile (3) aufweisen. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längsprofile (3) durch mittlere Querwände (4) ausgesteift sind, die mit oberen und unteren Ausklinkungen (11) und/oder Ausnehmungen ausgestattet sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längsprofile (3) weitere, sich nach außen erstreckende Profilbereiche aufweisen. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längsprofile (3) mit Stegen (5) ausgestattet sind, deren freie Enden zur Kontur (6) verbunden sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbindung der Flanken (2) der Glieder (1) durch Clinchen bewirkt ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Verbindungsstelle der Flanken (2) ein mit einem Dichtring bewehrter Durchbruch vorgesehen ist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Verbindungen von Gliedern (1) mit vorgegebenem Abstand derselben über das Heizmedium führende Leitungen bewirkt ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Glied (1) desselben mit einem Stell- oder Regelventil ausgestattet ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Innenraum (7) eines Gliedes (1) seinerseits ein geschlossener Innenraum gebildet ist, der durch das Stell- oder Regelventil überbrückt ist, dessen Bedienungselement nach außen geführt sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kapazität von Innenräumen (7) durch in diese eingebrachte Verdrängerkörper reduziert ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 15,
gekennzeichnet durch
kastenartige Verdrängerkörper aus Metallblech bzw. Kunststoffplatten, oder durch geschlossene Poren aufweisende Kunststoffschaumkörper. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glieder (1) formschlüssige Elemente (Kehlnähte 14) zur Aufnahme der Schenkel von Montage- bzw. sonstiger Tragbügel aufweisen. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eines der Glieder (1) mit elektrischen Heizelementen ausgestattet ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er Teil eines Radiators ist.
