Claims (9)
- Umhüllung für ein Seil mit tragenden Litzen (2,3,5) aus fixierten Kunstfasern (8), vorzugsweise Polyamidfasern, welche tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (2,3,5) in einer äussersten Litzenlage (6) vorzugsweise auf einem durch lagenweise miteinander verseilte tragende Kunstfaserlitzen (2,3) gebildeten Seilinneren verseilt sind, wobei die Umhüllung (10) mindestens die tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) der äussersten Litzenlage (6) umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung (10) aus einer Flüssigkeit mit Zusätzen von UV-Stabilisatoren und anderen Zusätzen zum Schutz gegen Abrieb und das Seil schädigende Umwelteinflüsse gebildet ist.
- Umhüllung für ein Kunstfaserseil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit aus einem Imprägniermittel zum Fixieren der Kunstfasern (8) besteht.
- Umhüllung für ein Kunstfaserseil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Imprägniermittel Kurzfasern zum Schutz gegen Abrieb enthält.
- Umhüllung für ein Kunstfaserseil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Imprägniermittel Oxidations- und Reduktionsblocker enthält.
- Umhüllung für ein Kunstfaserseil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Imprägniermittel aus Polyurethanlösung besteht.
- Umhüllung für ein Kunstfaserseil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung (10) eine Schichtdicke (11) von 0,1 bis 1 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Umhüllung (10) für ein Kunstfaserseil (1) aus gebündelten und mittels einem Imprägniermittel zu tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (2,3,4,5) fixierten Kunstfasern (8), vorzugsweise Polyamidfasern, welche tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) in einer äussersten Litzenlage (6) auf einem durch lagenweise miteinander verseilte tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (2,3) gebildeten Seilinneren verseilt sind, wobei die Umhüllung (10) mindestens die tragenden Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) der äussersten Litzenlage (6) umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) der äussersten Litzenlage (6) durch Tränken mit Imprägniermittel beschichtet werden, welches Zusätze zum Schutz gegen Abrieb und das Seil schädigende Umwelteinflüsse enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschliessen an ein erstes Tränken Kurzfasern auf die Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) der äussersten Litzenlage (6) aufgebracht werden und dann die Kunstfaserlitzen (4,5) wieder durch Tränken mit Imprägniermittel beschichtet werden.
- Aufzugsanlage mit einem Kunstfaserseil mit Umhüllung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
