Abstract

L'invention concerne un joint à rotule, constitué d'un boîtier de joint (1) sur lequel est formé au moins un moyen de fixation, d'au moins une coquille de coussinet (8) disposée dans un évidement (3) du boîtier de joint à rotule (1) et pouvant être placée par encliquetage sur la sphère (7). L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer ce joint à rotule de sorte que la tolérance du jeu de coussinet soit diminuée, dans la mesure du possible, complètement éliminée. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que le boîtier de joint à rotule (1) présente au moins une ouverture (5) par laquelle on injecte, comme couche intermédiaire (9), une matière plastique polymérisable pour compenser la tolérance entre la coquille de coussinet (8) et le boîtier de joint à rotule.
