Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a centrifugal pump unit, essentially consisting of an electric motor and a centrifugal pump driven by it with a rotor and with a housing surrounding it.
The general structure of a pump housing that is powered by an electric motor is connected consists of wall parts made of metal or Plastic castings or molded sheet metal parts. These wall parts including a mounting flange on the engine to attach it to the pump housing usually have holes and threaded holes and are connected to each other with screws. On the other hand there are also solutions known that a screwless connection of the wall parts of the pump housing allow each other, in the form of bayonet training on Motor and on the pump housing. However, the types of connections mentioned are very complex to manufacture and therefore with correspondingly high manufacturing costs connected. Another disadvantage is that to perform Maintenance work a significant time for disassembly and reassembly the pump housing must be used by or on the motor, whereby in In the case of screwed wall parts, appropriate tools are required. Detaching and reassembling bayonet connections is also required a considerable effort and care.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a centrifugal pump unit Introductory way to improve so that it is with respect to the pump housing construction cheaper to manufacture and easier for maintenance and repair purposes is faster to assemble and disassemble.
The solution to the problem is stated in
Ein noch weiterer Vorteil besteht noch darin, daß Kreiselrad und der wesentliche Teil des Pumpengehäuses bei gleicher Motorbaueinheit auswechselbar sindThe solution according to the invention provides many advantages of the subject of the application with regard to the cost-effective production of the pump housing and its Assembly and disassembly realized as well as on the drive motor. The Pump housing can be easily made from sheet metal parts or in the form of cast parts, e.g. B. made of plastic, being connected together Wall parts of the pump housing are shaped so that they have no through holes, Have threaded holes or bayonet formations. Instead, the wall parts are at their contact points with detentable contact surfaces or recesses provided, and by means of simple, clamping clamping and holding elements, the can be produced inexpensively on an automatic production line, all wall parts of the unit are held together by clamping force. The loosening and reassembly of such elements is very easy, so that the unit for maintenance purposes by hand and without special tools disassembled and reassembled easily and quickly can. Another advantage is that the motor assembly instead of her Fastening flange also has a wall part that already has a wall area of the pump housing. The rest of the construction of the pump housing is then by means of the clamping and holding elements on the wall part of the motor assembly kept clamped. Another advantage is that the gyro and the main part of the pump housing with the same motor unit are interchangeable
According to Fig. 1, the generally designated 1 centrifugal pump unit comprises a
The
The
The suction-
As a concentric
The
The
beschriebenen Umfangswandteiles 9 an. Im übrigen stimmt ein solches spiralförmiges
Pumpengehäuse mit dem weiter vorstehend beschriebenen Pumpengehäuse
8 überein. In an alternative embodiment of the
In a further embodiment of the
