Claims (5)
- Ent- und Begasungsventil im Verschluß der Füllund Entleerungsöffnung eines Behälters für insbesondere gefährliche Flüssigkeiten, dessen Verschluß-Oberboden (1) ein Öffnung (2) und vor dieser auf der Innenseite des Verschluß-Oberbodens (1) eine Ventilhülse (3) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Ventilhülse (3) ein geschlossen-poriger Schaumstoff-Stopfen (4) aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise strahlen-vernetztem, halbharter Partikel-Schaumstoff aus Polyethylen oder aus Ethylen-Co-Polymer, mit Vorspannung eingepreßt ist, so daß durch das Anliegen der angeschnittenen Zellen des Schaumstoff-Stopfens an der Innenseite der Ventilhülse (3) ein Labyrinth entsteht. - Entgasungsventil nach Anspruch (1)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumstoff-Stopfen (4) durch eine umlaufende Wulst (5) an der Innenseite der Ventilhülse (3) gegen Herausrutschen gesichert ist. - Entgasungsventil nach Anspruch (1) und (2)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Ventilhülse (3) ein becherförmiges Käppchen (6) mit Schlitz (11) in dessen Boden (10) gepreßt ist, welches mittels Dichtlippen (9) an der Außenseite der Ventilhülse (3) gegen Flüssigkeitsdurchtritt abdichtet. - Entgasungsventil nach Anspruch (1), (2) und (3)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (10) des becherförmigen Käppchens (6) flächig an der Oberseite des Schaumstoff-Stopfens (4) anliegt und diesen gegen Verformung sichert. - Entgasungsventil nach Anspruch (1) und (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eindrückkäppchen (12) mit zum Schaumstoff-Stopfen(4) hin gewölbtem Boden hinter dem Schaumstoff-Stopfen (4) in die Ventilhülse (3) eingepresst ist und mit Vorspannung an der Oberseite des Schaumstoff-Stopfens (4) anliegt und diesen gegen Verformung sichert.
