Claims (10)
- Elektrische Drahtwicklung (10), insbesondere Heizdrahtwicklung, bei der der Draht schraubenartig um einen Trägerkörper (43; 50) gewickelt ist, der daran angepasste Distanzierungsnuten aufweist, in die die einzelnen Windungen eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper (43; 50) eine annähernd quadratische Querschnittsform aufweist, deren Längskanten als Distanzierungsnuten dienende Einkerbungen (36, 40) aufweisen, in die die Windungen (18) eingelegt sind, wobei die Windungen (18) eine Zylinderfläche umgeben, deren Durchmesser der Innenhüllfläche der Einkerbungen (36, 40) entspricht.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper einstückig ist.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerkörper zwei Teilstücke (43; 50) aufweist, die federnd auseinandergedrückt sind.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile (20, 21) an den sich gegenüberliegenden innenliegenden Flächen mit längsverlaufenden Rillen (32, 42; 53, 54) versehen sind, in denen die Federanordnung (22, 55) geführt ist.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federanordnung (22) eine Bandfederanordnung ist und dass die Rillen (32, 42) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federanordnung eine Schraubenfederanordnung (58) ist und dass die Rillen einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Drahtwicklung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (53, 54) kreisbogenförmig sind und dass die Federanordnung (55) eine rohrförmige Bandfeder (55) ist, die einen Längsschlitz aufweist.
- Drahtwicklung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf wenigstens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Trägerkörpers Längsrillen (31) zur Aufnahme eines Haltewerkzeuges vorgesehen sind.
- Drahtwicklung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten des Trägerkörpers mit den Einkerbungen abgerundet sind.
- Drahtwicklung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längskanten des Trägerkörpers mit den Kerben scharfkantig sind.
