Abstract
Description
- à broyer les déchets (déchets alimentaires auxquels s'ajoutent parfois quelques éléments autres tels que serviettes en papier, pots et couverts en plastique, etc.) au moyen d'un broyeur également appelé pulpeur;
- à transférer les déchets broyés vers une vis d'essorage qui peut être associée directement au broyeur ou, lorsque la configuration des lieux le permet, être située à distance du broyeur dans un local spécial à déchets (local à poubelles); dans ce dernier cas, le transfert entre le broyeur et la vis est assuré par une pompe, de l'eau claire étant amenée dans le broyeur ou dans une cuvette de récupération de déchets avant broyage; pour réaliser des économies d'eau claire, une partie de l'eau d'essorage, en sortie de vis, peut être réinjectée au broyeur ou à la cuvette; et
- à essorer et compacter les déchets par la vis, les déchets essorés et compactés étant rejetés par une goulotte; d'une manière générale, 80% au moins de l'eau peut être ainsi éliminée, les déchets sont donc presque secs et leur volume est diminué dans un rapport de 6:1.
- dans l'injection de produits bactériostatiques pendant le traitement, afin d'éviter toute prolifération bactérienne,
- dans le démontage de la vis pour nettoyage de cette dernière en-dehors du système; dans ce cas, il est nécessaire d'ouvrir le carter de la vis et de déposer cette dernière. Cette opération est laborieuse et pénible et il est généralement nécessaire de réaliser la vis en matière plastique afin d'en diminuer le poids, cela en détriment de sa robustesse.
Claims (10)
- Ensemble d'essorage et de compactage de déchets alimentaires ayant subi un broyage avec éventuellement addition d'eau, comprenant une vis qui est montée mobile en rotation dans un tamis à l'intérieur d'un carter et qui, en position de travail sensiblement verticale, est entraínée en rotation autour de son axe pour recevoir les déchets en partie basse, les véhiculer de bas en haut en les essorant et les rejeter en partie haute à l'état essoré, caractérisé par le fait que la vis (5), le carter (6) et le tamis (7) sont réunis en un module vis/carter/tamis (4) monté déplaçable entre la position de travail sensiblement verticale et une position de nettoyage sensiblement horizontale et que le carter (6) est ouvrant de manière à permettre l'accès à la vis (5) en position de nettoyage.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le système (8) d'entraínement en rotation de la vis est situé à l'extrémité inférieure de la vis se trouvant en position de travail.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le système (8) d'entraínement de la vis (5) est monté en position stationnaire et que la vis (5) et son système d'entraínement (8) présentent des moyens (23, 24) d'accouplement/désaccouplement.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (11) de montage et de déplacement du module (4) sont conçus de manière à imposer un mouvement de translation axiale vers le haut suivi d'un mouvement de pivotement lors du passage de la position de travail à la position de nettoyage, et un mouvement de pivotement suivi d'un mouvement de translation axiale vers le bas lors du passage de la position de nettoyage à la position de travail.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'accouplement/désaccouplement sont conçus de manière à assurer un accouplement et un désaccouplement automatiques sous l'effet du mouvement de translation axiale de la vis.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le carter comprend une section inférieure (9) stationnaire et une section supérieure (6) mobile avec le module.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la section de carter (6) mobile avec le module (4) comprend une partie de fond (25) formant auge et une partie supérieure (26) formant couvercle.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle (26) est articulé sur l'auge (25) sur l'un de ses bords longitudinaux et peut, à son autre bord, être bloqué sur l'auge par des moyens de fermeture rapide (28, 29).
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le tamis (7) est divisé parallèlement à l'axe de la vis en deux parties (33, 34) dont l'une (34) est montée pivotante par rapport à l'autre pour pouvoir être ouverte, le couvercle (26) étant ouvert, et donner accès à la vis.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les deux parties de tamis (33, 34) sont démontables en vue de leur nettoyage.
